The stay experience was superb. Property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and as shown in images on website. Check in, check out procedure was smooth. The room service was fab. Food was very delicious. Staff was very polite and nice. If we were late, the staff used to take care about food. They used to call in advance to take order and give it to us on our timings. Swimming pool was very clean. Overall a 5 star plus rating for the services and hotel.

The Property Was Ok , The Pool Size Was too Small The Staff was too rude we already inform Them before one Day that will do Lunch There in the Afternoon But when we reach We got surprise that they Said we Can't cook Food now After Calling there manager the food was Cooked In the Night we ask For Chai They Refuse for that The overall Experience this Villa was Worst

The place was clean and very close to Nagaon beach. However the Google maps show very different routes which are very complicated. The food was good and the staff was very polite and cooperative. Overall an excellent stay

Nice and peaceful stay at The Neela, Alibaug. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is polite, and food is good though could improve a bit. Location is great, very close to Nagaon Beach.

It was super hygienic, plus near to beach and also at very silent place you can spend one or 2 days without any issue, wc was so clean, also the price was too good

We stayed for 2 days but on 1st night AC didn't worked so my night was terrible, on the other hand. Sea food was delicious. And nice AC room make you sleep comfortably.
