ILIF 2801 Dream Holidays, Lonavala

I saw some negative reviews about this property so I was a bit unsure about my experience but when I reached the property it was a wonderful place, the check in experience was great no issues no troublesome behaviour, as we entered the room it was huge with two balconies with great views of sun, there were two beds for more occupancy, we ordered food late at night but there was no hassle the managing person handled it greatly and we were served good food, the prices of food may go here and there as that’s acceptable by any hotel. Overall we had a great experience. We’ll surely visit here more often.

I had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was not good at all. Breakfast was included in my booking, no choose for breakfast but they still charged me for it, and even tea and coffee were charged separately. The room was not cleaned, and when I informed the reception, they simply denied it instead of resolving the issue. The swimming pool was also not cleaned, and the entire place did not feel hygienic. I feel like I completely wasted my money staying here. There was no proper response or support from the hotel staff throughout my stay. I did not expect this kind of poor quality and service, especially from a hotel listed on MakeMyTrip. Very disappointing and not recommended.

Its good but not best,you can enjoy here still ,between mountains,but dont take breakfast included as it is not better

very bad response for everything. no proper maintenance of property..no room cleaning is done on for all three days visit. for breakfast we need to wait till 9 o clock in the morning which terrible. Management of this property should think seriously on all aspects to uplift which will help them for better engagement.

Very very 3rd class hotel poor service no kitchen no hotel service no care taker

The location & amenities is good but it doesn't have inverter or generator for power cut issue, since at the night power not available in hotel.

Stay was not at all good. Rooms are good but not cleaned and bed and bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Swimming pool is not maintained well. Staff service was very bad. Breakfast not many options only Upma and poha. Property stay like room is ok but not cleaned properly and bed and blankets are not so cleaned. Break fast was only two options poha and upma that too when we asked they prepared. Overall not liking ambience and cleanlyness

I stayed here with my friends, Room Cleaning and Ambience is Nice, Staff is very Friendly, Need little improvements but overall is good Experience.

Cleaning was poor , balcony not cleaned, AC was very poor , fan making sound and speed control not working , washroom leakage , switch broken , no phone in room to Oder food , manually ordered food not delivered, bedding was very bad and spots

Place is clean and well maintained. Food is also good. they have good size of swimming pool.

The stay was good, for group it's very nice place to visit as they give good and fast service, and it's couple friendly as well
