The IMA House is actually part of the IMA house and is basically a studio apartment for hire. While quality of the rooms and toilet leave much to be desired, the facilities are at par with pricing on MMT. The breakfast is decent and clientele is also upscale. Location is the major plus point. My four day stay was thoroughly uneventful which is a good thing as far as I am concerned.

When I booked this IMA House for the price I booked it at, I never thought it'd be so good. We were only expecting a single room IMA House, with cramped up space. We were given a room with 2 separate toilets, a bedroom, a hall and a balcony (with an amazing view of the city, by the way). An amazing location to go with your family or your friends. Would recommend.

I traveled to kochi to attend a personal function and decided to stay at imam house. I used make my trip to book the property. It was a wonderful experience right from booking till leaving the place after the stay. Very nice property, professional staff and excellent restaurant. I decided to stay in the same place during my next visit tokochi in late december!

Indian medical association member owned serviced flats. One bedroom with attached bathroom, large living cum kitchen which allows even two extra beds accommodation attractive and an extra bathroom with the living. Clean rooms, not luxuriously decorated. Restaurant is okay but only limited dishes. Ample parking. No wi-fi.

The location of the IMA House is easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Special mention of the clean and green surroundings with a good view from the IMA House rooms staff were courteous. Addition of a refrigerator to the amenities would be recommended, considering the weather these days.

Comfortable and pleasant for the price. Could have done something to eliminate the garbage smell around the lift for the accommodation block. Again, an entry to the dining hall could have been provided without going out of the building. These small improvements would have made the facility wonderful !

We were given a service apartment which was spacious and clean. There were 2 washrooms in the apartment. I also enjoyed a short swim in the swimming pool. The complex was clean and safe and was located near the JLN stadium. Overall, a convenient stay.

I really enjoyed staying in Ima House. The staffs including security was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast didn't had much variety but the quality and service was good. I would prefer staying here for my future visits in Kochi

It has very good space, never saw such spacious place across the country. Best part is its cleaning and the beddings quality.

One bedroom apartment has two bath rooms, one bedroom, one kitchen, one big hall with sofas, furniture.

Everything was superb and value for money.
