Imperial Grande Resort

We had Booked 3 deluxe rooms with breakfast and our stay was excellent. Ambience of rooms was good and food was tasty with enough variety. Location wise this property is good. It has big swimming pool and relaxing environment within the property. Coming to the point of service which was really impressing and special thanks to Hotel Manager who took care of our timely food and perfection. Also other guys who were servicing in the restaurant were very cooperative. Reception people were very helpful from from the check-in till checkout. Overall good experience and would definitely plan to get there again.

Hotel is at good location but only if you have a car. Or else you need to walk a bit and find vehicle which can take you to other spots. Staff was bit rude and even service was taking so much time. And every time we order something they forgot 1 2 items or dish or etc. They dint have fridge so when we mentioned that its written that you provide mini fridge in room, they denied. Then we asked for complementary bucket of ice as they dint provide fridge, they said its chargeble. The best thing about the Imperial Grande Resort was their rooms. It was excellent. Food was ok

Cleanliness 9/10 staff behavior 9/10 room size 9/10 as the kitchen was closed due to marriage function so can't rate on this. Best part is the location. It's near kumar resort but little inside the busy road and all major sites and restaurants are nearby. Loved the stay!
The staff were not wearing any mask and looking at the Imperial Grande Resort arrangements it looks like they were not bothered about the covid situation

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The resort is located quite close to the market which was a plus point. Being small yet comfortable. Accommodative rooms and arrangements. Suggestion keep an electric kettle in your room as a room amenity. Because sometimes guest would want hot water to drink for some or the other reasons, and by the time it comes to the room it's cold or sometimes not even available to bring.

Been a christmas festival all Imperial Grande Resort were lightened and decorated but this Imperial Grande Resort wasnt stay and location good service only one issue the day i check in till check out the landline was not working, complained many times no body came to fix and been pure veg didn't had the food there

The stay was amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean, furnished and well maintained. The Imperial Grande Resort staff is quite humble with a swift house keeping service. The breakfast is good quality and quite tasty with a superb tea. Don't forget to have tea here (especially for tea lovers). It was a value for money experience.

Food of breakfast is not good and service is bad

We had booked 3 rooms which were in budget and the Imperial Grande Resort rooms were clean the staff were very kind the food was awesome.

Room was clean but when asked tissue for bathroom room service, didn't bring it. Second day when we went for the lunch after coming room was locked and waited there 10 mins to unlock. Food quality can be improve. Overall good experience.

The overall Imperial Grande Resort service is outstanding but as per the food the price is little high.

Dam good resort rooms and every thing just wow.

Overall good experience and very big key problem, every time we go to room we need to get a new key from reception as same key doesn’t work, we change key 3 times total.

The experience was surreal to be honest. The staff was welcoming and the room service was very much responsive. We really appreciated the interiors provided inside the room. Overall a great deal.

Location is good, food was excellent but we found the the beddings were old. Bedsheet underneath was also old and not washed properly. No bar facilities available hence had to go out of Imperial Grande Resort to drink

Rooms were very clean. Pool was also clean. Restaurant food also tasty bur little expensive. Overall good stay.
