Imperial Resorts

Location of property - on main sonamarg road. All the Imperial Resortss are on the same road. The location is good. Rooms - good rooms. They gave us an upgrade. View - majestic views of sonamarg from the room and the garden adjacent. The night sky was perfect with very little light pollution and we were able to spot multiple constellations which is impossible from cities food - couldn't test the food. Their cook was on leave due to ed coming up. It was a little disappointing since we had to go to other Imperial Resortss for lunch and dinner, but i guess everyone is eligible for holidays during festival times. Nearby locations - all locations in gulmarg are near. We enjoyed hiking to thajiwas glacier (wife took a pony)

Breathtaking views! We loved the location! The beds had heaters and room had heaters too. The rooms were compact but snug and cozy! We were two couples travelling with one infant and two children. Hot water 👍🏻 Location is also quite close to the main sonmarg Snow biking area. Coming to the food. One of the couple was jain. They made food on order basis for us. Mr. Danish and Zakir Hussain were very kind and extremely accomodative. Special thanks for making it so yummy! The front desk people could be kinder. If you get a chance, do ask them for a bonfire. We weren't lucky enough to experience it.

Stayed 2 nights at end of winter. However, i fell sick on the first night due to high altitude sickness. The staff faizaan and naseer were very helpful. The location is a bit remote like all other Imperial Resortss in sonamarg but beautiful. The Imperial Resorts is v clean and comfortable. However, like all other properties they have issues with offering hot water continuously. One needs to wait a few mins for hot water to fill the bucket and then after a few mins, we need to give the boiler a break to heat additional water. Very clean restaurant and welcoming atmosphere

5 star service and room amenities. Best part is the location and the view from room. Food is good but due to limited supply is restricted. Due to snow major Imperial Resortss will have no road accessibility which will make it difficult to get in and out of the Imperial Resortss. However since this Imperial Resorts is bang on, on the highway road getting in out is easy. Special thanks to zakir danish and the entire staff for thier warmth and service. Def recommend for couples and family, do not hesitate and go ahead with your bookings. Value for money experience

This resort is situated in the sonamarg highway and near to union taxi stand so you can get a taxi easily. Location of the resort is nice with the mountains near it which gives a great view from room. Also the thajiwas glacier point trek start point is very near to this resort. The room had room heater, electric blanket, 3 beds and enough power points. Hot water available in washroom, but it was not there early morning. Food is good. Try to go for both dinner and breakfast because not much restaurants nearby. I would recommend this to others also.

The best possible location you can hope for at a very reasonable rate. Very cooperative staff. The food can be improved, but it's a very minor point given everything else you get. We stayed for 1night. They upgraded us to their best rooms without any charge. We went on the day that sonamarg received the season's first snowfall and the view from the rooms and their backyard was simply stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean and has electric blankets and heaters to make sure your stay is comfortable. The food is excellent. Special mention for the staff who are kind and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

the location of the Imperial Resorts is 👍 the staff is very humble. food served was very delicious infact if your dinner or lunch and breakfast is pre booked with the offer it won't be a bad decision as they provide the best meals. the only thing I am giving 4* is because some of the sockets were not working and early in the morning had to use cold water as the geaser was not working. cleanliness and hygiene maintained. overall great experience

No issues with imperial. The atmosphere is homely and a lot of families were there. The food is good. Would recommend to try their kahwa. Stayed here for the second time and would love to stay again.

Clean and beautiful rooms, best location with sonmargh glacier view. Staff is very friendly. Spacious wooden rooms with room heater and electric bed heater.
