Good Interaction and felt like home

Property ok, breakfast poor, not available room service, drinking water not available on the floor, totally room ok ok

There was no proper drinking water although the receptionist was okay but there was delay in service and no kettle geyser not working, and AC also not functioning properly

The stay was not clean, lack of maintenance and also no house keeping, room were a little different than what was shown

Location is well connected & facility is also decent. But there should be a shower gel or shampoo rather than just a small soap. The room is full of air which is good but staff should be more professional in terms of attending to the guests.

Very good hotel at this price point, staff is very nice and humble. Internet speed was good and location is also great, able to get bike taxis and autos very easily.

I would like to bring many things 1. Hotel does not have wifi, no breakfast even though it's included in my billing. 2. No cleaning at all and cockroaches are there every where on room 3. No boys available for any assistance 4. The available boys busy bringing girls to rooms and doing illegal activities and on complaint they shifted to other room 5. I did not bring my family if at all it won't be good thing to come with family Thanks

My stay was average. The staff were polite but lacked professionalism. Though the rooms were clean, there were frequent water issues, towels were inadequate, and bedsheets weren’t changed regularly. The complimentary breakfast was below average in quality with long delays. Overall, not an average experience.

I'm travelling since the last 20 years and I can say this with utmost clarity that this is the worst stay I have experienced throughout India. I reached 3hrs earlier that the check-in time at 12pm as my wife was not feeling well. The receptionist asked me to pay Rs 500 if I have to check-in early, else he won't allow. I finally paid Rs 400. After that it took us another 30mins to get a room as each room they allocated was either dirty or the lights/ac didn't work. I asked for breakfast and they said they can get it from the nearby shop only if I pay upfront. The hotel doesn't even have tea to offer to their guests. The location of the hotel is such that you won't get anything nearby if you want to eat outside. By far, the worst experience and a horrifying ordeal it has been.

worst experience and pathetic service I have ever experienced. Also even after raising the complaint to multiple people since every time I call someone answers. I spoke two people I don't remember the name. The breakfast was not provided as per the hotel standards, there was nothing in the bathroom basic things like Soap, brush, paste etc. There is no wifi or phone to communicate. I don't understand what you have partnered with them. The worst part is I raised this issue during my stay still no one called me up after the last discussion happened with the partner on a conference call where he acknowledged the mistake and apologized, but asking sorry does it give my money I spend to get the service and the stay, comfort I expect. Hence, I want the refund to be provided ASAP.

My recent stay at your hotel was not satisfactory. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and did not feel hygienic. I even noticed small insects inside, which was very disappointing. When I requested the cleaner to use a disinfectant, he mentioned that he could only clean with water, which is not acceptable for maintaining hygiene standards. I would request the management to take this feedback seriously and ensure better cleanliness, proper disinfection, and higher hygiene standards in the future.

Hotel is good and clean and the locality is good. one problem taps not working in washroom. otherwise i love it here.
