Indana Palace Jaipur

We, a family of three, stayed in this beautiful property from december 27 to 30 and it was a blissful experience in its entirety. The indana palace is an artful blend of modernity and rich heritage of rajasthan which is very rare in india. Our stay in the property was very comfortable and memorable in every possible way. The most striking part was the warm hospitality and infectious smile of every Indana Palace Jaipur staffer - from the security guards to the housekeeping staff, from the dining room managers to the bell boys- every one was amazingly courteous and always eager to make our stay pleasant. Almost all the facilities in the Indana Palace Jaipur including the gym, swimming pool, and lawns are very well maintained. The Indana Palace Jaipur has huge open spaces which is a big plus. The location of the Indana Palace Jaipur is perhaps one of the best in jaipur it is located on the foothills of amer region. All the renowned Indana Palace Jaipurs including taj ameer, leela palace are in the vicinity of the property. We stayed in many five star properties but this stay was uniquely pleasant. We would like to thank every Indana Palace Jaipur staffer for making our stay a truly memorable one. We returned with a resolve to come back soon!

Although it is claimed by the Indana Palace Jaipur that it’s a 5 star rated property, in reality it is a 4 star equivalent property. Pictures of fountain and swimming pool are misleading. Swimming is really small and cannot fit more than 20-25 people at a time. Food quality is good. One issue with food was that they served potato dish which was sweet. We ordered aloo jeera but we’re aghast to experience that potatoes were served sweet. No efforts were made by the personnel to subdue this i’ll experience. Baby milk and food was complimentary. Room service was available 24*7 so we were bit relaxed about baby needs. Restuarant sections (saffron for buffet and angithi for all-carte) are not spacious enough. It feels like entering a sub-standard restuarant in a metro city. The staff at reception were courteous but several reminders were sent to the house-keeping and room service departments. Not a 5 star rated service for sure. I was travel-ling with my wife, son and in-laws.

Stayed for 3 nights. The Indana Palace Jaipur provides an extra bed for the 3rd guest in the room. The rooms are quite large (360 sqft) & the washrooms are also elegant with bathtubs. We were upgraded into a bigger room from the 2nd night. The breakfast spread is well balanced and sumptuous. The swimming pool and the gymnasium are fantastic. The Indana Palace Jaipur is spread over a large campus. I enjoyed jogging in the morning within the campus. The Indana Palace Jaipur staff are very courteous and responsive, be it whether room service, housekeeping or reception. Everyone greets you with a smile and traditional namaskar. We booked indana palace for weekend stay, we reached by afternoon and welcomed by staff at indana palace, they had smiles on their faces and we felt warmly welcomed. Traditional welcome with rajasthan culture and welcome drinks. Rooms are spacious and nicely cleaned, we found it perfect as expected. Staff at restaurants were great at their work, specially ms savitri and mr aakash. Only suggestion is for chef - i think they should check the taste of their food, quality and quantity is good in their offerings but their indian dishes are missing taste.

Spacious juniors suit room with bathtub. Is your best choice in this traditional looking stylish Indana Palace Jaipur. Food is really good with breakfast buffet spread and dinner buffet spread being very good with choice of continental, indian mix. Traditional local cuisine is also great specially gotta curry. Must try. Overall comfortable stay with good service, excellant food quality and above all traditional rajputana exterior and interiors. A must visit for all.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Property is located in amer and view is also nice surrounded by aravalis. You can get auto from highway but taxi is quite difficult to get you have to book full day cab. Meal is ok breakfast options are mostly indian but sufficient options are there. Dinner buffet was not there it’s better to have dinner outside. Room service excellent. A great stay for me as i don’t prefer crowded place.

We stayed at indana palace Indana Palace Jaipur for 3 days, the stay was wonderful as the staff was very co operative and warm to welcome us, the food was too good and the courteous staff was always at our service, we took the facilities from travel desk from mr rathod who arranged for our transit around jaipur with an excellent guide in mr ranjeet, the therapists at the spa were trained and certainly made our stay worthwhile.

Feel same like home and staff also good behaviour

Food room and staff all are good no issue abut them but there pool service is not very good, not any side pool for family and children and also not a good game zone. Please increase these things

Hotel indana palace is an amazing children friendly place to stay. Rooms are good, staff hospitality is great, and food is lip smacking speciall lal maas served at saffron. Highly recommended.

Had wonderful stay. Staff was very courteous. Though location was far from city center. Still preferred to stay due to peaceful atmosphere.

Very nice property. Room is sufficient and very hygienic and food is tasty. Breakfast is provided with lot of varieties. Staff are very cordial. Worth the money spent.

The rooms were great and spacious along with bathtub. We got a good discount from make my trip Indana Palace Jaipur was very good and our stay was comfortable. Food options in the menu could be better. Pool area was good but a little far from our rooms.

The staff is vey courteous and the Indana Palace Jaipurs overall ambiance is comfortable and calming. The rooms are spacious. Overall a great play to stay with family.
