nice ambience around the hotel. got better O2 the only issues are neatness. the bed sheet and bathroom are not cleaned.

The hotel’s location is very good. Breakfast was tasty and well-prepared. However, dinner needs improvement as the quality was not up to the mark. The staff were responsive and provided timely service. Overall, it was a good stay except for the dinner experience.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was spacious, and we enjoyed the continental dishes. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Being surrounded by lush greenery was a treat. The hospitality was superb, making our stay truly memorable.

Best ever environment in yercaud we had with our family. Service is excellent. Only glitches in wifi internet and some places inside room need to be cleaned properly.

Terrible experience staying there. The estate room we booked looked nothing like as was shown In the pictures. It was all damp inside the room. No toiletries were provided. Wifi was not covering the entire room and no network too. There were insects inside. We spotted big size spiders inside and had to call the housekeeping. Overall not worth the amount we spent for staying there.

Excellent service and good food.Cozy stays.We had come with a pet and a senior citizen and they accommodated all our request and helped us accordingly.Great green eco friendly atmosphere.Relaxing vibes

Resort is truly vast and you feel like you are in midst of nature. Extremely spacious rooms

Tucked in nature, this place lets you slow down and breathe. Green, peaceful, and full of charm. The staff were lovely, cozy campfires, and the woodfire pizza was the cherry on top

It's an absolute different level of experience when compare to modern era hotels you feel like you are staying in a tree house like that the environment creates the experience. Wooden pizza is great. Feel like we are staying in nature woods but only bad experience is wifi not working after raining cell tower also not working there properly. Eventhough resort is from nearby lake airtel tower not worked. Without internet I spend one and half days there. Overall 4 out of 5.

it's a value for money stay.. ambience was good..food is good.. wash room not good.. indoor games not maintained well... will be better if they have some outdoor games and swimming pool.. overall a good stay

It was extremely crowded and has lost it old charm. The room was untidy and bed frames had dust on it. Th food quality was also just average. Management should reconsider its offerings. Driver rooms were horrible and it was next to the toilet. We chose this as it is pet friendly but there was hidden cost of 1500 which isn’t mentioned anywhere in mmt. Dog food was supposed to be given twice in this cost but we got it only once. Check in and check out time is also not very great

A well maintained heritage property in between the city centre. Your stay will be a heaven if you’re an antique and nature lover. Inside room cleaning should be improved

The hotel's beautiful old-world charm and the tranquil atmosphere with convenient location. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained with comfortable bed provided. The food at this resort is absolutely outstanding,we enjoyed the buffet options at breakfast, with everything from fresh.
