Indie Stays - BKC

I recently stayed at indie stay for four days for some personal work, and i was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The ambiance of the Indie Stays - BKC is simply wonderful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the Indie Stays - BKC. There were no unpleasant odors, and everything was kept in pristine condition. The room cleaning service was top-notch, ensuring that my room was always spotless and comfortable. A major plus was that the Indie Stays - BKC allows outside food, which offers great flexibility for guests. Additionally, they serve an amazing breakfast in the morning, which was always a great start to the day. Indie stay also has its own cafe where you can enjoy a meal from their menu or even bring in outside food if you prefer. Overall, indie stay provided an excellent environment for my stay, combining great ambiance, attentive staff, and superb cleanliness with flexible dining options. I highly recommend this Indie Stays - BKC to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Hotel industry is all about good service and good food, and I absolutely got both of it. The staff was excellent, catered to all my request. Specially Pritesh from front desk. I had issues with the room allotted to me as the exhaust in the bathroom wasn’t working. He heard my concerns and worked towards changing my room. He got me a better room which was fully equipped. All their staff was helpful and considerate and I appreciate this a lot. From speaking to taxi drivers for locations till attending my several calls at front desk, they delivered on each and every request in no time. + they had TataSky and NetFlix. Then the food menu was excellent, we ate all 3 meals + snacks. That’s how good it was. Thank You Indie Stay for making my stay really comfortable. I would highly recommend this Indie Stays - BKC as I am a super happy customer.

Indie stays is a perfect stay for a couple, me and my partner have had the best stays at indie, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well decorated/styled and designed, the location also puts you right in the centre of the city with all the bkc offices near by along with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars, the proximity to the airport has been great for me as i keep travel-ling from my university in chennai to mumbai to meet my girlfriend, the snacks available at the ground floor are an amazing treat, the over all aesthetic and experience along with the humble price is just perfect and if you’re looking for a stay in mumbai, i couldn’t suggest any other place more

Location was great, only 2. 5kms from bkc. We had work in us consulate general, so this was a very convenient spot to stay. Breakfast was included in my booking and arrived before 8am to my room. There was veg puff, cupcake, banana and juice. We had ordered coffee and sandwich in the room service which took more than an hour to come. However, taste was good. Probably they are not very good when it comes to service. We had asked for an extra chair in the room so that we could work but it never arrived despite requesting twice. However, if somebody has work in bkc or us consulate, i would recommend this accommodation as it is conveniently located and is quite swanky.

They live upto the word cozy stay. Pros a) nearby to many tourist attractions. B) good connectivity around c) clean and cozy rooms d) courteous staff cons a) despite having dining area they didn't allow us to have breakfast in their, instead served in rooms which is quite inconvenient. B) rude receptionist ( anushka ). I had booked 3 rooms together and she put it on me back saying why didn't you informed us earlier if rooms are required on same floor. Classic e. G. Of train rac ticket where you get reservation anywhere else. C) so many fumbles viz we ordered tea and they served coffee and vice verso too.

Amazing service .. I had left my purse there … and I was at the airport .. even though they don’t proved parcel services and all they understood my problem .. they sent a guy and he came by auto to hand me over my purse .. no single item was missed … I was touched and moved in tears … Thankyou to the Guy on reception named Kishan who helped me with this .. no other person offered me to help but he understood and he sent a guy named Vinod .. I got my purse back … Rest the stay and food was great .. but the humanity this guys Kishan showed mattered the most .. thankyou

I recently stayed at this Hotel and was quite disappointed with the dining experience. Despite the cozy ambiance and friendly staff, the food left much to be desired. All meals were ordered from outside, resulting in low quantity servings that were barely enough. To make matters worse, the taste was just average, not justifying the high prices we paid. It's a shame because the Indie Stays - BKC's other amenities were quite satisfactory, but the poor dining experience significantly detracted from the overall stay.

It's a good place to stay for family. Located near to us visa embassy. Staff and receptionist are friendly, and service is available around the clock. I can recommend this Indie Stays - BKC for families/individuals especially those who are attending us visa interviews. One improvement required is the breakfast serving time. They are serving breakfast after 8 am only. It become late for persons who got a us visa interview early between 8 to 9-30 am. Need to change the breakfast serving time

Hotel is near to nvc. Stay is good, especially the staff are very nice. Clean and ambiance is good. Service is great.

Excellent and staff behavior are well mannered and ready to help anytime. Even security welcome me with a big smile.

It was a good experience overall. I took a single bed room and the room was clean. The staff were very courteous and polite. The common area has a good vibe to it. The breakfast was okay, not great. It was some cupcake, puffs, banana, chocolate moose and protein shake. It was filling and decent. There were no towels in the room but was provided after requesting

Property is well located, they don’t have an on-site restaurant but source okish food from a local cloud kitchen. Amenities are great with each room equipped with everything a traveller needs. The staff and service is top notch

Though it was mentioned breakfast included but the Indie Stays - BKC provided snacks only. Not proper breakfast provided. Otherwise the stay is comfortable. But the breakfast need to be improved or else better not to provide. Thank you.

It was a great stay. The stay is in great location! there’s scope of improvement for the breakfast and some amenities provided in room.

Good service, nice location, clean rooms and very helpful staff! the rooms are well maintained and have all the amenities. They provide a complimentary breakfast bag every morning which is a nice addition. Overall would definitely recommend considering this place for your stay!

Room service willnot provide sufficiently. Breakfast also very poor items. Veg puf, small cake, banana, one drink.

If any one wants to stay for a night, then the dormitory option is good for those people. The staff is really helpful and supportive.

Good location good staff nice reseiving when we are entering the building the staff receives very well
