Indie Stays - BKC

It was a pleasant stay and was matching my budget. All Staff members are super helpful. They have common area where checkin/checkout is done plus water dispenser are there and you can order your breakfast as well. It’s well maintained and you multiple sofas and good space is there for doing office work. Two Ac’s were working in my dorm bed was neat and clean. Lockers are provided free of cost. Luggage you can keep near to your bed or in common area.Overall I will give 5 star rating to this😊

The stay was good but there were some minor issues: 1. There was a rat in my room for 3 days! 2. There were many mosquitos in my room and other dorms also which were very annoying and affected my sleep very much. 3. Whenever someone took a bath in the common bathrooms the water came outside and the whole floor of the bathroom was soaking wet!

What i appreciated the most was that the stay was clean and hygienic. Their 24/7 assistance was most appreciated since we came back to the room at around 11 30 and they were available at the reception to bill our food purchases. Would definitely stay here every-time i visit mumbai in the near future.

Good Experience. Deal and services provided was great. Staff is very polite and courteous. Rooms very neat and clean and One of the best experience. If you are alone then go for dormitory. US consulate is around 1.5 to 2 km 8 min by cab or Auto. Overall stay experience was good.

the room was good even though small, near to the us visa center, there were no cupboards in the room, since it was a 7th floor room we didn’t hear much traffic noise. breakfast was good.. staff is very friendly…overall it was good bit costly.

Rooms are clean and very hygienic. Desk staff are very cooperative and friendly. Complementary breakfast is nice and fresh fruits served. This property is very near to us visa office and easy to get a cab quickly. I stayed comfortably.

I found it to be a very good and clean Indie Stays - BKC. The reception area and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. The only issue i faced was very slow wifi internet service.

The rooms are cosy and comfortable with a premium feel. Just that ensuring adding dental kits would help. Also only thing that could have been better is having an in house kitchen.

Efficient and courteous staff. Only house keeping needs more training. Over all great experience.
