Hotel and rooms are not maintained properly. Foods are overpriced. No Tandoori items. In dining there are many staff but no one look on the customer need or on table.

good location and amenities. but they have very rigid about their policies as I have booked a room for 2 days but unfortunately need to stay for 1 day only. I requested them to waive the charges on same day but they refused for the same even for breakfast charges as well ( room was booked for breakfast with dinner plan)

The hotel rooms looks so cheap and vibe is not good also hotel member changed my room without permission, also the quality of food is worst and the taste was also mot good even the lift was so small and there is no gym what they have mentioned in the quote

The property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The rooms are spacious except bathrooms which is too small. The housekeeping staffs were very diligent except the first day when the room stunk of cigarette. But later days, they managed to remove the smell. The staff members were courteous and well-behaved. The location of the hotel is at prime location. There are many eateries in that aea ranging from cheap ones to costly one. I would recommend the hotel for comfortable stay.

The location is very good..right in the middle of the business area of salt lake. Surrounded by restaurants, cinema, night life and also this is one of the most modern looking areas of kolkata. As far as rhe hotel is concerned we had a comfortable stay. The service was prompt and professional. We had in room food also...it was very decent. Even the breakfast spread was decent. Overall great value for the money
