Indismart Woodbourne Resort

This was my 2nd Stay at Indismart WoodBourne. Comparatively this Hotel has improved in it's service and conditions of rooms and roads leading to the rooms in leaps and bounds. The Hotel has undergone a makeover. We booked 4 Rooms for roughly Rs. 2400 per day. We stayed for 4 nights. The Rooms were absolutely clean, I had a broken shower in the bathroom which was fixed promptly. The location of the Indismart Woodbourne Resort is away from the beach. The nearest beach is Majorda which is approx 4. 6 kms away by car. What we liked about this location it is on a hill top and away from the hustle and bustle. Absolutely peaceful place to get good sleep. The road to the deluxe rooms is quite steep and a little difficult to maneuver the car all the way up. They still need to work on that aspect, though this time around they have new tar roads laid. The resort itself is very picturesque. There was mark improvement in Breakfast from last time, yet they need to keep the breakfast hot. Don't expect a LED TV, it's a normal TV from the old days but does have all the channels required to watch. In any case, who watches TV in Goa! Service wise there was a lot of improvement. Joslin at the front desk and probably the Manager was very helpful. The front desk also promptly took care of any issues in the room. The only complain I had was that they had informed customers get 2 drinking water bottles a day while we got only 1 per day and that too after I complained that it was not kept in the room after cleaning. However, these were just minor hiccups. Overall if you love a place that is peaceful and not near the crowded and noisy beaches, then this one is highly recommended. Also, this time around our check out was done in 2 minutes compared to our last trip where we had to wait for an hour. Convenient Location, Margao is 15 minutes away, Colva about 15-20 minutes. Definitely value for money. Will definitely go back to stay again in the near future.

This place is situated kms from margao railway station in aouth goa. This place is huge and you have to walk almost 300m to reach this place. You go to reception which is on the right side after entering the premises. They will provide you the room key and you can go to your room. At each place there will be security or staff to help you. The rooms are situated on top and has great view. I have booked delux room in villa. The room comes with attached balcony and bathroom. There is another option to book villa too you can check this on their site. The room was clean, the bedsheet was done right. Chairs available to sit, wardrobe available to keep your stuff and a big mirror in front of bathroom where you can dress up. Chairs are also available in balcony so you don't have to drag chairs from inside. The room which i got was on first floor and the view from there was amazing. You can also park your vehicle near your villa there is parking space and security available 24/7. We got complimentary breakfast and the breakfast was delicious. The restaurant is situated near the pool on top and the staff was friendly. The best part was the reception person. He allowed early check-in and we checked out 2hours late. The person was polite and helpful. You can just talk to him and he will be ready for help. Overall the stay was awesome at this place. There are nearby restaurants, bar if you want to eat outside

Awesome stay. Location is just too good. By car, by public transport. All amenities are awesome- room, resort area, swimming pool, restaurants, no complaints at all. Kids will enjoy a lot. My kids loved to come again and stay at same place. Food quality is also good and staff is very helpful and humble. Loved to stay there for almost 4 days.
Our stay in resort was really good. We liked location, Indismart Woodbourne Resort area, rooms, other amenities like swimming pool and restaurant. Staff at both the places, housekeeping and restaurants are really humble and helpful. We really impressed with their behavior and attitude. It was pleasure to stay and next time will prefer same Indismart Woodbourne Resort.

This resort was having the best view and scenery, if you love the peace, but obviously it's not at a prime location so that you can shop and eat. But it's worth to spend time with your family and friends you can go for a walk and have a dive in pool. Rooms were so delightful with all the modern equipments, full marks for the room and it's ambience, the receptionist josley and one of the person (sorry i didn't ask his name) in kitchen was very hospitable and made our stay very easy. One thing i can suggest for people choosing this resort, that you can get a vehicle hired before you reach this resort so you can reach to all the nearby places and colva beach was the best which you can just reach in 15mins.

The Indismart Woodbourne Resort shares the location with a catering college. Stayed only for the night and didn't utilise the restaurant or room service so can't comment on the food. The rooms are neat and spacious with a balcony. All rooms are located at the top of a hill, and the view from them is beautiful particularly on a rainy day. But won't recommend it if you have senior citizens or small children cos it's a decent climb up and probably due to the rains some places are a little slippery. The staff handling the reception mr joslin was extremely helpful and we didn't face any issues.

The property is big. It is located inside institute of Indismart Woodbourne Resort mgmt. Plus points : deluxe room on top row present excellent view, staff curtsey and behavior is v good. But. There are lots of stairs to reach upto the room. From room to restaurant, distance is too much. No intercom in rooms but mobile no. Has been provided for contact. Pool is huge but maintenance is going on. Food quality is average. Beach is not in close proximity, you need to hire a vehicle. The main plus point is view from the top, that is worth experiencing.

The breakfast offered on all days was at best average. Eggs were served cold, not even reheated. Woodbourne really needs to up its ante where their food at the restaurant is concerned. Stale fish in fish thali , overpriced soft drink bottles. The saving grace however are their ever helpful housekeeping staff and reception staff as well. Rooms are clean, AC and geyser works well. Overall a good staying experience, the view all around is breathtaking, although the food served at the restaurant is below average.

The place is humongous. Staff was very polite & were very helpful. Josh- the receptionist was a perfect host at the Indismart Woodbourne Resort, ensuring my personal needs were taken care & gave an amazing room with a beautiful view. Mr, saurabh - director, iihm goa was very polite & had a very descent conversation regarding the property and gave me an insight of the institutes vision. Overall this is a very beautiful property - i would like to stay again & make memories ! thank you everyone !

Food and services are good. Hotel staff is very helpful. Location is scenic. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

The hospitality of the staff was good. Breakfast and lunch dinner options were limited, byt it was good. This resort offers amazing view of goa as it is somewhat situated on hill.
We stayed for 3 days here. Hospitality of the staff was good. But i could not see the m-safety measures like temperature checks. Overall stay was good. The view from the resort is very nice. Breakfast and lunch options are limited. Would recommend this resort.

Need to Keep Rent Bike or car for travelling near by tour its very hard to travel anywhere 🙏🏽we real tired to buy anything near by shop

The Indismart Woodbourne Resort is well maintained and well equipped. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a budget stay. Location is a little far from all the famous places, but you can rent a car or bike. All in all, this is value for money.

Mesmerising view with amazing hospitality

Lonely, peaceful place with exotica view from top.

Excellent room view.. Greenery all around.. Tasty food and lots of variety also.. Very friendly staff.. Only problem faced was that the Pool has broken tiles and needs cleaning as sand at the bottom.

Location is very good and everything was ok

The view from top is very awesome and it is peaceful. Connected to highway still no traffic sound and place located at very good location. U are between of the airport and margao station.

Everything was advertised. The rooms were clean and the staff was cordial. Tge Indismart Woodbourne Resort could use a renovation though.

Property is in woods near beach. Good property, staff is also very helpful. Food in restaurant is also good.
