Indraprastham Houseboat

The entire stay from check in to check out was very wonderful. We were taken care of by Nayas of Indraprastham Houseboat. He was very cordial. He even cooked special Keralite dishes for us. The food was homely and wonderful.

When i am booking U r showing 12 clock checkin…but u suddenly change timings and took the same prize amount

water coming in washroom was dirty cruise time was very short. they just gave 20min cruise instead of 60min. bedsheet was torn. broken items in the houseboat. However, the cook was nice & supportive

It's very memorable trip for the me and the House boating, awesome And food is very delicious for the evening and the morning breakfast

Quite pleasant experience. Locations were not marked correctly about boarding and there was a language barrier due to which boarding was hectic. Rest experience was mesmerising, beautiful and awesome. Food quality was good, due to rain AC could not work. Hospitable and welcoming staff.

Room was clean and comfortable...staff was helpful but they have time restrictions for everything...No wifi for TV...they also asked to complete dinner by 9pm only which was very unprofessional....overall average experience...

Boat house is terrible, it was very smelly and they didn't even let us know that house boar doesn't move after 5 pm and they stopped the boat some where near the dirty lake

The boat condition was not as shown in the picture. The food and the staff was really nice. Tv was not working

First off, the booking was done for alleppey ride but they sent us kumarakkom location for boarding where there is not a lot of sites to visit. Ride time mentioned by them is 4 hours in the day and 1 hour the next morning but they took us 3 hours and 30 minutes in total. The food served is not the same as what is mentioned in the menu for evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. The on-call service was good. Service boys were polite.

This is not deluxe room this is dead room where no one can stay or you can say prison stay. Western commode hand shower, no handel to keep. Bathroom hand shower not working. Window door glass broken. Tv not working. Outside bulb fuse. If i open my deluxe room bedroom window i can see garbage canal side. They do not have that much of common sense that they should keep the boat inverted so that deluxe room get appropriate water lake view. It seems as i did not paid extra as manager demanded so he is having his grudge on me. Manager said room ac will work after we 9 pm. Out of 89 amenities not even half is available. 1) wifi 2) newspaper 3) tv not working 4) balcony/terrace 5) music system 6) sun deck 7) free cake 8) bathtub on an average i am feeling i am a son of bagger and staying in free. No problem, my fault. I trusted mmt. Today i learn t a true lesson.

The experience, food and hospitality was good but inspite of very hot and humid temperate they did not open the ac and when we tell the owner to open the ac he refuses and tell the staff to open ac after 9 pm
