We saw the property before check in. Pathetic. Poor hygeine, isolated, insecure. Property amenities described by mm t is contrary to the actual. Mm t misleading customer. Request for refund is denied by mmt, very disappointing

owner of the boat house switched off mobile and we couldn't reach the location at right time and it was very difficult to find the boat and it's location as it was very far the one shared by owner. it's very costly and not at all worthy. whenever u check in after 5pm, u just have to stay in the boat which is parked at the shore of the river and do nothing until morning 8:30 am. they just give u 1 he ride and and u have to checkout immediately which makes no sense at all. the boat property, bedroom, bathroom utility is very old and jets are all broken. for people who wanna do backwater riding, just book the ride for ₹1500 per hour and stay somewhere else happily. don't book entire night, it's completely worthless.

familySimply awesome. Houseboat was neat and clean. Staff are very friendly and well behaved. Heard and expected very bad but reality was very different. Enjoyed every moment. Greeted with welcome drink. Then cruise followed by lunch. Snacks during second cruise. Mind blowing. Sunset cruise. They provided home theatre for music. Connected tv in the evening. Docking was also being done at nice places with view. Food was extremely nice and tasty. Only thing was bathroom water which was not so clean because of boat movement. But that's okay when compared to overall hospitality in a houseboat.

familyHouseboats in kerala are overrated. Most of them loiter around the fringes of vembanad lake, which is, well, a large lake, both dirty and nondescript. Our boat did a couple of trips up and down. We got our veg food which was quite good. Room and bathroom were neat. Clean linen but unclean pillows inside. Couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. But the biggest annoyance is unclean water. Used up all our water bottles for brushing. Couldn't even think of bathing. Well, we have tick-marked an item in the bucket list, that's it.

Hygiene was extremely bad. Bathrooms were very dirty and was looking like some public toilet. Room latches were not working. I was charged around 14k which was a total rip off. Even basic amenities and hygiene was missing.

The room was too small and badly designed that it didn't have the worth which I spent for it. The room didn't have even basic facilities.

familyThough minimal variety in food, the taste was good. Staff behavior was friendly and I can say that they tried best to provide service. Cleanliness of the boat could have been much better. Airconditioning support needs to improve, initially remote was not given, had to push staff to provide remote, even after longer encounter with this electronic device, AC did not budge to go below 30 degree and could not set the temperature to my need. Next day learnt from other neighbors they also did not get remote and stayed entire night in severe cold.

Actually the A/c timing for deluxe sharing houseboat is 9.00 pm - 6.00 am and for full AC you have to book for a premium houseboat. No such issues will occur in future if you make the proper booking.
