Infiniti Hotel and Spa

We visited indore for a medical conference. We had a very pleasant stay at the Infiniti Hotel and Spa, few things i want to highlight. First thing is that it is very reasonable and value for money. Cleanliness and interior of room was 10/10. Staff was very humble and helpful. The fragrance of room freshner was amazing. Washrooms were well equipped with everything you need and very clean, breakfast was included. Tgat too was a good experience. They offer complimentary snacks as well. When we left we were offered extra bottles of water. We booked two rooms for two nights. It was really pocket friendly. I have paid double than this at some Infiniti Hotel and Spas and have very bad experience. . There is as such nothing to complain. So 10/10 for our stay at infinity.

My stay at the Infiniti Hotel and Spa was truly delightful. From the moment i entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere enveloped me. The staff's impeccable service stood out, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room, adorned with modern decor, boasted stunning views of the city skyline. Comfort was paramount, with plush bedding and well-appointed amenities. The Infiniti Hotel and Spa's culinary offerings were a gastronomic delight, and the rooftop bar provided a perfect spot to unwind. The central location made exploring the city a breeze. Overall, the Infiniti Hotel and Spa exceeded expectations, offering a luxurious and memorable experience that i won't soon forget.

Hotel and rooms are good and hygienic. But now renovations are needed. Rooms are very old, no hangers in cupboard, lockers are non functional. Towel racks are above comode and it's too high, difficult to reach the height and tale out. Also there should be restaurant for lunch and dinner. I always prefer to sray at infinite whenever i travel to indore for business purpose. Looking forward for some good changes in Infiniti Hotel and Spa during my future stays.

My stay at infiniti Infiniti Hotel and Spa & spa was excellent, the property is well maintained and staffs are humbled and polite. They have very good restaurants & bar, most importantly each restaurants have the uniqueness of food preference, on the ground floor you would get chinese, on 3rd you would get the indian food and on top floor they have rajasthani. I just lover their food. Would prefer to stay in the same place in my next visit.

Hotel location is very prime and convenient. Rooms are big. There are 2 beds and very spacious room. There are lots of restaurants around and also great eateries around. Improvement - rooms look old style. Need some better cleaning and upkeep. Also the service staff is non professional. Looks like more of marriage place. Breakfast is very average and food served in room is just ok. That’s all

My night stay was very good with my husband and kids. Room was comfortable and i reached Infiniti Hotel and Spa at 11:30 pm pantry about to close but my according to my request kitchen staff make for us tasty khichri and grilled sandwich. And breakfast was very delicious. I wasn't use spa because lake of time. My experience with infinity Infiniti Hotel and Spa and spa was very good.

I was in Infiniti Hotel and Spa for 4 days along with an office colleague. We were upgraded to a suite & were delighted with this gesture from Infiniti Hotel and Spa management. The stay was as always very comfortable as the location of Infiniti Hotel and Spa is such that everything seems within reach. Not for nothing, i choose this Infiniti Hotel and Spa every time i am in indore.

Nicely located with a restaurant which has an open seating space a boon for smokers like me. The food quality and choice during breakfast was good. The dosa was slightly oily but the chai was excellent as was the ouellette. The room was large airy and the ac worked well. The toilet and bath was clean and spacious. The reception and other staff were friendly and courteous.

The staff was extremely hospitable, they have a great in-house restaurant and the complimentary breakfast was amazing, apart from that the family room had 3 queen sized beds, can easily fit 6-8 members
