Each and every thing is well taken care of. All measures for hygiene and safety is in place for every age group person. We received excellent service, chef was so kind enough to cook something special for us all that we asked for with utmost care. It has been an experience etched for lifetime in our hearts. The Inn Riviera Hotel is located at the right place with everything like dominos pizza, macdonald's, and other food outlets at a walking distance. The rooms are big and clean, feel posh and airy. Staff is really nice and there to help you with everything. I got an upgrade on my room with complimentary airport drop. All in all a really nice experience. If i travel to jammu again i wont mind staying at this nice Inn Riviera Hotel again and again. 5 star rating defiantly from my side.

Cleanliness: excellentLocation: around 700 m from Raghunath market and bus stand.Quiet. Deluxe room was good size, lot of space for luggage. Good quality bedding.Service: prompt on requesting iron.But No hot water in evening. On asking, reception said hot water was available only in morning, and would have been arranged if asked. some other staff said that the motor had burned no idea what the real reason was!!-did not have food.

Hotel fortune is located in the heart of jammu city and is located on a wide road with a short distance from airport and railway station. Facilities of hotel are one of best available in hotel in industry. Servicices are par excellent. Tourists visiting and staying in jammu have this hotel as one of the best options. I personally liked it very much. Food served is of high quality. All amenities are matching 5 star hotels

The stay was wonderful. The proximity of Inn Riviera Hotel to jammu city centre is excellent. Only one thing they need to improve is the Inn Riviera Hotel looks little worn-out ao improvement needed. Rest tye staff is great. The manager was very friendly and on top of her job
