Me with my family, recently had the pleasure of staying at intercontinental this weekend. From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication. We were given a conch welcome and were provided wet towels and refreshing drinks. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and we were promptly escorted to our beautiful room. Speaking of the room, it was very spacious and tastefully done. The plush bedding and thoughtful amenities provided everything we needed for a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of the stay was the Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort's exquisite dining options. We indulged in a delicious meal at the onsite restaurant, where the culinary delights were expertly prepared and presented. The breakfast buffet was also a delightful spread of both local and international fare, providing the perfect start to the day. The resort location couldn't be better. Yet, despite its location, the Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, our experience at intercontinental was nothing short of exceptional. From the impeccable service to the luxurious accommodations, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We expect to return for another visit soon.

To start with the welcome & reception which was amazingly warm. The team was very much welcoming followed by offering a courtesy welcome drink which was refreshing as well. Needless to count that the room was of superior experience. Neat & clean! they offer a high tea session in the evening with classic options like biscuits, chips along with varieties of tea options & a strong filter coffee, very much the south indian one. The buffet spread for dinner & breakfast were lavish & elaborate with multiple cusines to enjoy and cherish time with your loved ones. Kids will enjoy at best with the pastries and so much other tempting options. I would call the overall experience in par to a five star Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort of sorts, you can definitely enjoy and rejuvenate with the stay. Also to add, beach access across the walk from Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort is a sight to behold.

The Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort's location was perfect for exploring mahabalipuram's historic sites, including the famous shore temple and pancha rathas. Suresh tiwari, in particular, left a lasting impression with his energetic personality and spreading positive vibes to everyone he engaged with. The rooms and the beach were a delight and both my mother and girlfriend agrees. The peaceful ambiance of the resort provided a perfect escape. Also, the breakfast and dinner buffet organized by 'the melting pot' restaurant within the resort was outstanding, unlike other establishments where buffets are merely a namesake, the culinary offerings here were top-notch. It was a very pleasant and memorable stay for our family. The Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort is very close to our heartland we are going for the second time. The room"s ambience is very posh. Special mention about the chef jitender and his team, they're taking care of the guest very well and thir food served by them is too delicious and items are sumptuous. This is must stay Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort in entire mahabalipuram area by family and also by everyone. Thanks and kudos to entire team of the Intercontinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort. Keep doing it forever.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay, the rooms are very clean and beautiful, the beach is easily accessible and is well maintained. The kokommo restaurant/shack on the beach is also a great addition. It would have been better if the lotus pool inside the resort was properly maintained with clean water, the overall look of the resort would be uplifted. It was looking like dirty and stagnant water. Overall hygiene and safety was well maintained. The restaurant buffet had a wide variety of options but the food kept getting cold and was sometimes tasteless.

It was extremely great trip. Nitelo, ishwarya, banker, pechamudhan were so so nice and property was extremely best. All food was good and we are pure veg so we have got very nice food and service was also awesome. Even our kid also enjoyed well. Swimming pool, safety measures, night prime private beach, room service, lawns everything was good. Oukdnhaa akses special menu and they have prepared out well and so tasty. Over all nice, pleasant and best stay. Will recommend this property
