The stay was comfortable and room were clean, if tea / coffee could be also added to the room that would have added to the comfort. Also the hotel team should call and communicate or mention the checkin process in the confirmation voucher to ease out the checkin

This was good stay with i oi select stay however at first they change my room no that room was not clean at first the host arranged that next day again we need to change with all my luggage however host arranged a person for the same i could have given 5 star for the same if it had been not done altogether it is good to stay with it.
