Not value for money
Location is good. Expensive hotel. Periodic maintenance would have added value to the hotel. Workforce is good but minimal for its maintainence we felt... The stay in this property is overpriced. Though its in good location it needs a lot of maintainence. The support staff are good but we felt they were minimal in number to maintain the property to the level they charged me for 2 nights.

Poor Stay
The stay was very disappointing. The hotel failed to ensure basic hygiene parameters in place. Toiletries were missing to be placed in washrooms and were provided only after specific call. The cleanliness inside washrooms was in disgusting state. The shower above head was not working properly. The toilet seat was not cleaned up to mark. The room was not cleaned properly

Terrible Stay
My stay at IP Royal Hotel was absolutely terrible. On 09.10.2025 at around 5 a.m. someone knocked on my door and claimed that it was his room. Shockingly, that person had a second key to the same room where I was staying with my partner — which is a serious security concern. When I checked the hotel’s register later, I found that the previous guest had not been properly checked out, and yet the hotel staff allotted me the same room. When I confronted the management and asked for a refund or even a basic apology, they denied everything and behaved very rudely. There was no of responsibility or accountability from their side. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid IP Royal Hotel for your safety and peace of mind.

Not Happy Just Like OYO Type
The room was unclean on arrival: stained sheets, dust in the corners, bad smell. Maintenance issues: peeling paint, chipped furniture, bathroom fittings that leaked or were broken he actual condition of the hotel did not match the listing/photos: it felt much lower quality, and the location had more noise/chaos than portrayed.

-Bedsheets & pillows were clean. -There was No bedside light switch.I got up in the night, tripped and fell in the dark.Bruised my elbow! This is a fundamental requirement that one can switch on the light easily at the bedside. - Shower drain was overflowing.

There were cockroaches in the room. Rude staff. There was no towel no water in the room. When I asked for it, room service guy said "ek he mangwalo jo mangawana hai. Room me checkin kia hai to check krlo ek he baari me kya kya chahiye" like this is ridiculous. First of what is this way of talking and if amenities are there in the room, its management's fault not ours.
