Iram Houseboats

We reached the houseboat very easily. Ms. Nazima was very helpful in guiding us along the way. As for the houseboat itself, it was beautiful. It became the highlight of our entire trip. And fayaz bhai is the man. He helped us in all dealings with the shikhar rides, he organised a barbecue for us during dinner. He gave us useful tips in dealing with all the various vendors. Awesome guy all over. He made our trip even better. Overall i ram houseboat is an incredible experience. We plan to visit again in the future.

We were having problem for finding boathouse because of g20 meeting in kashmir but staff was cooperating with us about that at last by requesting army officers we were able to find the place to access houseboat at mid night but then also staff of houseboat came to pickup from corner of lake to their houseboat at 12:00 am. The staff was very very good and talking to us very nicely. It was an exciting experience.

We had a great time staying at Iram Houseboat in mid April 2018. Apprehensive earlier, I found it really worth every penny spent. Mr. Modassir, a very humble and helpful person ensures the best comfort possible in Houseboat. Location is awesome. You don't have WiFi, TV and room heater (something that can be managed on demand), but it has all the basic facilities. I would recommend it for a pleasant stay.

Houseboat location was awesome as in front of all other houseboats and mountains. Morning view was awesome beautiful. Facilities was good as bath tub was good. Completely hygienic washrooms. It is advised not to take food on the houseboat as dinner is so costly according and breakfast is of very less quantity and it is used to take time to b prepared.

The houseboat was very good. The location of houseboat was convenient to reach. And the hospitality was great specially the guy name umar he was very friendly and took care of every requirements. The food was also delicious. And at the houseboat kashmiri rysta is must try it was really delicious.

Very nice Stay nice Experience we enjoyed a lot there with group of 4 friends we checked in there on 17th September 2017, 3 nights stay there very enjoyable relaxed there, Breakfast Dinner as per choice provided by owner Fayaz Ahmad Shoda very cooperative friendly behavior.

One of the most economical house boat stays in dal lake. The staff are very hospitable and courteous. The shikara ride offered by them is for only 600 inr for one hour while that offered at the ghat is not less than 1500 inr. I would recommend staying at this property.

The hospitality was wonderful staff was co operative and the owner was really polite we concluded a lot of business and other discussions that gentlemen run those in a smooth way with perfect life experience and knowledge really soothing environment n atmosphere

Totally it's amazing. We love to stay at this house boat. Specialy the poha was too tasty. Hotel was too good. Its comfortable.

Location boat and staff behaviour is excellent i recommend this. My experience is very good. If you are able to book 2 rooms you will be facilated by complete boat having dining hall, balconi, meeting room etc. Nice bathrooms

Really wonderful experience. It was clean. Hygienic and beautiful also. Faiyyaz bhai, hospitality was of next level. Food quality also very good. Location is in the centre of dal lake. One must visit.
