IRIS AT NEST

Iris@nest is a pg with first floor as IRIS AT NEST or service apartment. Each room in IRIS AT NEST has got neat clean linen and bed. Rooms are spacious with study table, wifi and geysers. Per day stay cost for solo is /day of you book and /day if you book directly. Breakfast is complimentary but they have fixed menu of idli on two days, puri and curry on one, uttapam and upma on other days. It is near to major office locations. Room service is not there with no intercom so even for water you need to go down to reception. However at this budget it is better, cleaner and safer option with wardrobes attached with lock & key.

Good key points owner behaviour is good their employees are also calm they're kind provided service when asked bad key points what mentioned is not provided (tv, room service, food in exchange of money, blankets) late check-in after 1:15 minutes as room were not available which caused us for a late in a meeting/conference. They said they will shift our room once they vacant another for tv by 8pm but they didn't. Not worth for 2k rupees. It's worth around half of it.

It's a good property for budget travellers. It's very close to minds-pace and all the facilities are available at a very short distance. Room was spacious and property is well maintained and kept clean and hygiene all the time. Didn't get a chance to taste the food so can't really comment about the same. One cons i would say is the road outside IRIS AT NEST which is in sort of bad shape so you will have a bumpy ride if you are traveling by cab/auto/bike.

I have stayed with them before. The stay was good. The room was clean and the support staff are pretty helpful. The only challenge is that there is no intercom to connect with the front desk. One has to go down for any and everything which one may need. I found the room to be appropriately priced for the service provided. There are a few eating options available around. Palamuru grill is just about 500 mts away.

Such a descent IRIS AT NEST that also in affordable rates, it was indeed a pleasure to stay there during my office visit to hyderabad. If anyone wants to stay for a week or so because of work/other purpose then you should definitely look for this IRIS AT NEST as this will fit in your budget and you get a more than descent stay

The accommodation provided by this IRIS AT NEST was very good. It's little on the inside from busy roads which is very comfortable. Adding on, the rates for the stay comparatively in hitec city area was also very good. I loved my stay here. They provided me with a complimentary breakfast. The staffs were very helpful.

Rooms were spacious clean… everything was good from beds to wardrobes. Breakfast was served on time … management helped with the queries and helped out with everything. Amenities were provided and overall experience was very good. Would definitely recommend it to others. And also,will book next time if in hyderabad

I stayed overnight at the studio apartments. Everything was perfect. Had a fantastic stay. The management need to concentrate on certain basic stuff, like kettle, coffee tea kit etc. The boys were bagwan barose. No one to respond. The care take is not less than a govt clerk, absolutely no responsibility.

A very clean room. Spacious and well ordered. The bathroom was spotless and providing basic amenities. Bed was comfortable and all was to a good standard.

Staff is good supportive very clean and fully furnished rooms with fridge, washing machine ac etc.

Ambience is good but it would be better if they provide hand wash, shower gel.
