Very Good hospitality... . We came in the night and in want to leave from home stay at 7.30 am. Thier breakfast time starts from 8 o clock. When we told them they arranged breakfast in thier kitchen at 7 am and served us. IRIS Comfort Inn is located little bit inside and online taxi's d used to cancel the trip allocated to them Then home stay manager initiative arranged Uber for us and even enquired whether we reached the destination on time. Recommended for stay👌👌

Booked this property for few days based on existing reviews. Had a wonderful time during the stay, the rooms were spacious and clean. The host/caretaker mr. Esakiapan was extremely amicable and helpful right from the check-in process, in house needs and so on. Really appreciate the effort from his end. For sure would come back next time.

It was a excellent staying with iris comfort inn. Price are very affordable. A neat and comfortable air-conditioned room with fully furnished room with wardrobes with safety locker, side table and a desktop table. Breakfast and hot beverages provided and geyser is equipped. Had a comfortable stay! the incharge was really helpful.

We travel-led as family and the property was excellent. The care taker was actually very caring enough. The rooms were very neat and well set and as a family you will not feel disappointed. The locality was calm and there were no nuances of parking. Next time chennai trip, this will be my first choice of booking.

The incharge takes care of everything, and makes sure that the visitors feel comfortable just as they are at home. Everything is available with ease, do come and visit at least once for best south indian food. Loved the ambience and the facilities provided. Better experience than any kind of Iris Comfort Inn.

Stay was really good. Food was absolutely great and the dining time is also very comfortable and room was very clean and hygienic. Owner was very friendly and talkative. And the servants inside were also very responsible for their work. Overall a pleasant stay and good experience

It is little bit away from main road. But only walkable distance approx 900m. Clean and confort. Property management maintain well behavior and friendly. Overall very nice stay.

Away from main road, in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Best if you have your own vehicle. Problem in getting auto or cabs. Auto is hard to find and ola, uber keep on cancelling.
