Hotel was very dirty when we had checked in and AC also not working every time i was suppose to tell manager for this complaint we had book for 12 days i was ashamed to tell every time for every complaint Very bad experience

The propert is not maintained well.. staircase area stinks.. always cluttered with garbage from each room. The rooms stink too, they spray disinfectant so much that the rooms smell of disinfectant all the time. The towels are old and won’t out.. some of them are torn, badly need upgrade. Kitchen utensils are also something that need replacement, the current condition doesn’t really appeal to use them

It was good with basic amenities I.e. bed, fridge, kitchen etc. but it could be better. There was lacking of attendant, missing of toiletries etc. The address on their visiting card was also wrong.

On arrival room was not ready we have to wait for more than 30 mins. In the night there was a problem with the lift but nobody was available to attend the same.

location was good, rooms were very good for family stay and it had all the basic amenities.

it's clean and essential items are available in the room.

The rooms are tidy and everything is superb, affordable too, with a lot of facilities. Overall a nice stay.

So i came to blore at around 11pm, and had initially booked another place, but due to some confusion from mmt, the room wasn’t allotted to me. I called the helpline number and asked them to help me, and then i was relocated to a nearby property. At last, a sigh of relief. The new place shravanthi sarovar was definitely one of the best properties i have stayed. It was very well maintained and the receptionist was a friendly guy who helped us check in sooner without any confusions. Will definitely visit this property soon

We booked 2 rooms, there were no toiletaries kept at the stay, shower tap came out loose when i tried to operate shower, would be great if mats are kept on the floor in the living area, cutlery were very poorly kept some were very old and dirty. I don't have pictures

Initially i was impressed with the photos, but when i actually visited, thats when i noticed the problems. The interior is good, no doubt in that. But the service is pathetic. The kitchen was not cleaned properly, not proper hot water, broken tap and shower nobs. The bed sheets were not clean, as if it was not washed and some stains on it. Kitchen utensils were disgustingly bad.

Everything is fine the only thing I struggled with was parking. Though the management was good and allowed me to park my vehicle near the apartment for one night
