Iris Residency Kothamangalam

Was apprehensive to book this place after seeing a couple of poor reviews. Took a leap of faith though, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised. For something under 2000 INR you get a clean, spacious, well furnished, air conditioned room with a clean washroom and complimentary basic toiletries, mineral water etc. True, there's no fancy lobby, reception, decor or all other sorts of bl ing synonymous with 4 or 5 star places, but then, you dont expect to be delivered a BMW after paying for a swift. Do you? . Its a no-frill place, but extremely functional and tremendous value for money. Cons are no in-house restaurant and parking which is just about adequate, but for the money you're paying, it would be unfair to complain too much. When dealing with the staff, they're mostly informal but friendly and helpful. For those who don't care much about the optic and the experience, highly recommended.

Pros: Well maintained Iris Residency Kothamangalam. Good location. Cooperative staff. Large, clean rooms. Huge beds. Led TV and AC functioned smooth. Good place for family stay especially with large, wide beds a blessing. Good, clean washroom. Cons: Facade and lobby area needs to be improved. No restaurant within the Iris Residency Kothamangalam though there are many just across the road. Parking area is average, not excellent.

Had a good overnight stay here with my wife and kid. There was lots of space in the bed for the three of us. Had a good night's sleep. Ac worked fine. All basic amenities are provided. There is no restaurant here, only tea and coffee is available. A few good restaurants are there nearby though. Good accommodation.
Liked the large, comfortable beds and cozy pillows.

Wonderful stay. Very wide beds enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep comfortably and peacefully. Spacious, neat rooms. Its like a four star Iris Residency Kothamangalam room available at half the price. One of the best value for money Iris Residency Kothamangalams I have ever stayed in.

Very good, spacious rooms. Beds are large enough for even 4 adults to sleep in comfort. Good AC. Unlike, other Iris Residency Kothamangalams now days. TV had most of the channels. Clean bed linen and clean washrooms. Informal, friendly staff. Good location. Nice.

Highly recommended. Just 2 things necessary to give excellent for this place. Huge, comfortable bed and pillows with excellent AC. Good, overall cleanliness. Good location for couple, family. Friendly place etc. are nice additions.

the location of this Iris Residency Kothamangalam is easily accessible. the room is decent. the only problem is the bathroom as the drainage system is not good.

Very good rooms at very reasonable price. All my family members slept well. The AC had very good cooling and the beds were also very wide and comfortable.

Room was nice and spacious. Prominent location. We stayed in their triple AC room which was amazing for the price.
