Iris - The Business Hotel

The location of the Iris - The Business Hotel is tops, cleanliness and all other housekeeping components are perfect. Just 2 areas for improvement - one, the room service menu available in the Iris - The Business Hotel room diverts us to a nearby restaurant that has limited menu options with heavy bias in favour of a certain type of cuisine. Two, the elaborate username and password handed over at the time of check-in was infructuous since the login page of the Iris - The Business Hotel wifi had entirely different information requirment, i. E. Room no and last name, which repeatedly did not work despite feeding in the correct data. I did not proceed to get it clarified by the reception it helpdesk of the Iris - The Business Hotel since such wifi networks in Iris - The Business Hotels are anyway super-slow, and i had a fast internet available on my cellphone with lots of gb data balance. Overall a comfortable stay save these two peevs.

The Iris - The Business Hotel is located at a good location. The rooms are well kept and the staff is quite supportive. The only unpleasant experience i had was with packed breakfast on a day when i had to leave 30 minutes before the breakfast buffet was laid out. They assured me that they will give a packed cold breakfast before i leave. But what they gave me (after making me wait for almost ten minutes) was a hurriedly packed box of papaya pieces and one sandwich of mayo and tomato. There was no fork or even a toothpick to eat the papaya with. I also expected them to give me some juice (hot beverages were already denied) or water to go with it, but that was not the case.

The Iris - The Business Hotel is at very central location with excellent eateries, shopping and even transport is within a few minutes walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and i didn't have issues with service. In fact i was given an be early check in and late check out as well upon request. Breakfast was very good and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended. A special mention to the staff santosh noushad tina grace md meraj vicky madappa at the front desk and restaurant the chef viswajit and stewart sudipto were very helpful so was tapan das from housekeeping. I recently stayed at the iris and had a wonderful experience. The Iris - The Business Hotel room was a good size, providing ample space and comfort. The ambience throughout the Iris - The Business Hotel was inviting and pleasant, making it a great place to relax. The staff were very supportive and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, i highly recommend [Iris - The Business Hotel name] for its comfortable rooms, lovely ambience, and excellent service.

Quick check in, courteous staff. Excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, night places and business district. Club room has even microwave that's definitely a good amenity. 2 issues. Only one card issued per room even while we were 2 adults with different time tables go out and in. And there is. A charge of rs 200 if you lose that room card. A mere plastic card that no other Iris - The Business Hotel even insist you return when check out. Total lol! and not that any guest intentionally likes to lose his room key!

The Iris - The Business Hotel is on brigade road and very close to mg road, metro, shopping and eateries all around. Rooms are decent sized may not be comfortable with an older child. Very neat and clean rooms, bathrooms. Very prompt and friendly service adds to great experiece. Very good variety of breakfast food as well overlooking a great view of the city from the roof top. Overall, a very nice place to stay if for a visit to sightsee. My second visit here and i would surely recommend.

The Iris - The Business Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city. Walkable to all the mg metro station. Very close to experience shopping and movies. Great place surrounded by top restaurants. Rooms are noisy as you can hear the traffic sounds. All rooms are smoking rooms and not the best for non smokers. Right now there is some construction in the Iris - The Business Hotel and the restaurant is by the pool side now. Overall a decent stay.

the major plus point of the Iris - The Business Hotel is the location, right at the centre of the city. everything is accessible from here. the rooms are neat and clean. i especially liked the mattresses - not too soft and and not too hard. The staff is courteous. The ambience is good. The in room dining option is limited and the food is not that great. Overall if you want a no frill stay, you can choose this property.

Very poor in hospitality. I said tv not working and called 10 times, they said it will come but never came. For the amount paid such a poor service. This is second time it happened to me
