Isha Residency

I had a one-day stay at is-ha residency, and it was a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, which was a great start. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, comfortably accommodating my family of four along with a baby. One concern i had initially was parking, but to my relief, they had ample parking available, especially during the night. However, it's worth noting that the property lacks an on-site restaurant due to its small size. Thankfully, there's a decent restaurant just opposite the Isha Residency, making dining convenient. Additionally, you have the option of ordering food from various online delivery apps. One thing to keep in mind is that the Isha Residency is situated on the first floor of the building, and unfortunately, there's no elevator, so be prepared for a short flight of stairs. On the plus side, the Isha Residency is conveniently located by the main road. The highlight of my stay was the welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff at the reception. Their warmth and assistance made the overall experience at is-ha residency quite delightful. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay with family this Isha Residency is worth.

I stayed in is-ha for a couple of days with my better half. The staff were friendly and quite helpful, with the check in process being completed without any hazzle. During the time, we stayed in the regular ac room, and also in the quadruple ac room, both of which were comfortable with the latter being quite spacious. The room welcomes us with a nice aroma. Place was hygienic and well cleaned, with daily cleaning facility as well. Food couldn't be provided by them, but there's quite a few good options serving variety dishes within a 5km radius. Plates were not available in the room, the availability of which would make the stay even better providing an overall complete experience. A very economical (it's very cheap for the kind of service they provide) and friendly stay. If you're looking for a stay in aluva, this could very well be among the best places (if not the best value for money stay) you could check in for a relaxing experience. And yes, commute wouldn't be difficult as there's an auto stand as well as a bus stop within 100 metres.

Isha residency is one of the most sought after abodes in Aluva, and quite rightly so as well. I got the opportunity to stay in their Executive room this time. The room is spacious boasting a lounge and a dining area, in addition to the cot. Personally, I loved the rocking chair in the lounge which was a nice addition to the 2 cozy sofa chairs. The dining area has a mini fridge, kettle with instant coffe and tea sachets besides a dining table and chairs. Isha Residency always strives to keep their standards met, and clean rooms with adequate utilisation of space is among them. The paintings add to the beauty of the room. A couple of plates in the dining area, TV channels other than the free ones 😉, and a dental set would make one's stay furthermore enjoyable and satisfying

Excellent neat and clean. One double bed and two single beds. Can easily accommodate a family with two children. Unlike stay in chithra Isha Residency, kanyakumari where additional mattresses were provided, this accommodation provided bed ie cot with mattresses and blanket. Washrooms and toilets were clean and care taker was very helpful. We were in need of hot water and he arranged for the same in flask. Location is excellent. It's near the road side with all things available in a walking distance say some 200 to 300m.

Stay was nice and pleasant. The service guy was also good. Bed was good. Only issues were with the tv and food. Tv didn't had numerous channels. Only some channels were available which isnt bad. But only a down side. Major set back was food. There isnt any good restaurants near by. Also hectic traffic if you wanna take the car. Another downside was parking. Low parking space. Overall it's good. Worth the money and might visit again.

This place is located in the centre of the various markets, it was 4km away from the metro station and coming to the room, it was soo good, we booked for 3people and we got 3different beds and the bathroom was also soo clean. Everything was so good, they provided a 1 liter water bottle, and washbasin is also so clean, and bed was neatly made, and well washed.

Small Isha Residency having only 11 rooms. Nice and clean rooms. Conveniently located. Unfortunately there is no lift to go to the first floor where the Isha Residency is located. Mr. Akhil, the person at the reception was very helpful in getting us settled in the room. There is no restaurant attached to the Isha Residency, you need to go elsewhere for food.

Internet connection was bad. Wifi speed was very slow. Apart from that stay was good, clean room and bathroom.
