Issacs Residency

Stayed in a premium mountain view room with family. Great Issacs Residency to stay right at the center of munnar town, from where one could make trips to various destinations. Excellent (neat, good linen, well maintained and with good facilities) room to stay. Restaurant served good food and you can count on it. Had a great breakfast spread. Lunch/dinner options were really good. We needed an extra bed - got a fold-able and comfortable bed. Courteous and approachable front desk and staff. They guided us on the places to visit with a structured way, which helped the planning to roam around. Though there was limited parking space, always found a slot. Even the security of the Issacs Residency was so helpful. View from Issacs Residency was munnar town with backdrop as surrounding mountains. A slight let down (though its not that bad) if you are looking to just get lost in a lush green view from the Issacs Residency. On a busy day, room service can be slower. Barring this stay was really good for the family. Overall a great place to stay.

Good location and good food but very high cost. Pls count fridge and table food items in room before signing the list. They charged us even 250 for one bottle which was not consumed by us and even after we paid for two rooms for two days including dinner. They said empty bottle found while cleaning but my kids told me later that they had noticed it under bed while playing when we had entered. It may be there staff’s play or mistake but management is not understanding or professional. Pls be careful.

The stay was very comfortable. Food was very tasty and verity of dishes available for breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained. View from room window included city and mountain. Restaurant food is little bit costly but tasty. Limited parking space only. Good for family and couples. Walkable distance to town.

We stayed here for 2nights In Munnar Issac Residency. The Location is Very Near To Market. The rooms are big and clean (ours was superior king room the basic one, then also it was big). We had here only breakfast for 2 days that was also very good in taste , good big spread, the staff is also very helpful

The Issacs Residency is in heart of city which gives you advantage to roaming around market. The dinner was ok with a singer performing on guitar. Breakfast is good with some veg snacks and poha. Boiled vegetables and bakery items were also good.

good location, staff is courteous. room amenities are up to the mark, restaurant gives sumptuous food. the only problem is it's too costly. they change GST at 18%. They are not supplying daily mineral water. everything is paid.

Excellent stay, tasty breakfast and amazing hospitality. Came with old parents and they made sure that they had comfortable stay here at heart of Munnar town

Services provided were upto top notch. Premium services. Cleaned area. Hotel had a bar, spa service, restaurant etc.

They need to make dinner included in meal plan a buffet dinner or at-least have different menu everyday. Overall it is good. Room ambience is very good. Washroom are clean and hygienic.

Execellent facilities. Food variety can be improved. Very close to town. Overall stay was great.

The stay was very pleasant, very neat room, front office people were very polite and helping nature, the property location is in the centre of the city and the food was also very nice. We all loved it.
