Issacs Residency

Stayed in a premium mountain view room with family. Great Issacs Residency to stay right at the center of munnar town, from where one could make trips to various destinations. Excellent (neat, good linen, well maintained and with good facilities) room to stay. Restaurant served good food and you can count on it. Had a great breakfast spread. Lunch/dinner options were really good. We needed an extra bed - got a fold-able and comfortable bed. Courteous and approachable front desk and staff. They guided us on the places to visit with a structured way, which helped the planning to roam around. Though there was limited parking space, always found a slot. Even the security of the Issacs Residency was so helpful. View from Issacs Residency was munnar town with backdrop as surrounding mountains. A slight let down (though its not that bad) if you are looking to just get lost in a lush green view from the Issacs Residency. On a busy day, room service can be slower. Barring this stay was really good for the family. Overall a great place to stay.

Good location and good food but very high cost. Pls count fridge and table food items in room before signing the list. They charged us even 250 for one bottle which was not consumed by us and even after we paid for two rooms for two days including dinner. They said empty bottle found while cleaning but my kids told me later that they had noticed it under bed while playing when we had entered. It may be there staff’s play or mistake but management is not understanding or professional. Pls be careful.

I have some issue while booking this Issacs Residency. In make my trip, the room amenities showed as air conditioner. But most of munnar jotels are non-ac Issacs Residency. Actually ac is not required at least when i visited in october. The Issacs Residency is very neat & well maintained. I felt very comfortable stay here. Their breakfast options are very good. Try to book with breakfast option.

The stay was very comfortable. Food was very tasty and verity of dishes available for breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained. View from room window included city and mountain. Restaurant food is little bit costly but tasty. Limited parking space only. Good for family and couples. Walkable distance to town.

The Issacs Residency is in heart of city which gives you advantage to roaming around market. The dinner was ok with a singer performing on guitar. Breakfast is good with some veg snacks and poha. Boiled vegetables and bakery items were also good.

This Issacs Residency is nearby bus stand and good staff no language issue problem. They can help all level nice food clean room

The location of the Issacs Residency is great, it's right in the market and auto and safari are easily accessible from there. the Issacs Residency and food is average

They need to make dinner included in meal plan a buffet dinner or at-least have different menu everyday. Overall it is good. Room ambience is very good. Washroom are clean and hygienic.

Food, staff, service was beyond expectations. Loved our stay, would love to come back for round 2!!!

Very nice place to stay and easy access to the tourist places. Neat and clean rooms with parking facilities. The restaurant is also good. We really enjoyed it.
