During kerala tour among all the Iswarya Residencys we will rate iswarya Iswarya Residency a 10 on 10. The Iswarya Residency is amazing, beautiful and rooms are very spacious and facilities were also the best. Staff is very co operative and always helpful. The food was superb, we were worried for food bcoz we are vegetarians. But the Iswarya Residency served us delicious veg meals during breakfast and dinner. Without a second thought pls book your stay with iswarya. Our stay was wonderful and we really had a good time here.

Every thing was excellent here. Very easy to access the Iswarya Residency. It is very close to Thirunakkara Mahadeva Temple and the bus stop. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back again. Wifi is available and water also available. The rooms are clean and equipped with tables for working and clean attached bathrooms as well.Food was good but a bit expensive 😅

Hotel is situated in a perfect location (close to the railway station) the rooms are very good and hygienic, helpful staffs, walk 100 feet outside the Iswarya Residency and you can find a auto stand which is super useful if you wanna go somewhere in a jiffy. Overall an amazing experience staying there and for the price it's more than worth it, will visit again.

Hotel is new and rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are neat and good. Very proximity to commercial spots. Food is also good. One disadvantage is breakfast they are not including in tariff and paid breakfast doesn't have much choice. Like me most of the people are using mmt for official booking. For them 6% will not be an advantage.

Hotel is near temple. Approach road was narrow. Large parking space available. Room is spacious. Bathroom was neat but the door was very tight. Children found it difficult to open close. Self serving tea kettle was available. Hotel serves all type of non veg food. Pure veg persons may find it difficult. Overall good stay.

I stayed in this Iswarya Residency for 4 -5 days. The staff is very helpful and courties. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Food is tasty. I stayed in this Iswarya Residency since my mother was admitted at bharat hospital, which is just opposite to this Iswarya Residency.

An accommodation facility that offers all amenities at the heart of the kottayam town. Although we can't claim the attitude of some staff are little grumpy towards unmarried couples. Well, who cares as long as their service is fine ) which really was, of course.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to Iswarya Residency super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Im pretty happy with the stay. Good room, clean bathroom and staffs were nice. They allowed for early checkin (according to the availability and also comes in a small extra fees)

On our way to sabarimala from bangalore via kottayam we stayed in iswarya Iswarya Residency, staff were very polite and friendly. Arranged a nice taxi to visit sabarimala. Hotel room is superbly clean and spacious.
