The restaurant was not open till 8.30 AM when I tried to order breakfast in morning. As per the hotel the restaurant is open from 8.00AM. I have to visit out side restaurant for breakfast. I have stayed for two days in same room. Booking was initially done for one day and again I extended the stay for one more day.I have requested the hotel to give the same room for the stay to avoid luggage movement which was approved immediately which I was delighted but they have not refilled the essentials (Coffee maker ingredients and water) which I think they should have done.

Worst maintenance, lack of proper response from receptionist and admin staff, average food

Location was good, within city limits. Sufficient parking space, with enough security staff to guide the visitors. We also got a free upgrade to deluxe double room, though our option was standard double room. Overall cleanliness was good, however there's a suggestion to focus more on pest 🪳 control also. Rating overall - 4/5

Not recommended for families or couples. I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely unprofessional and behaved rudely. I ordered food, but it was never delivered. The location of the hotel is also very poor, with a local bar situated right in front of the entrance. If you're traveling with women or family members, I strongly advise avoiding this type of hotel in Kottayam. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

It was a very comfortable cozy stay, clean and comfortable rooms, good food and amenities and good food

The room was okay, there sheets had couple of someone's hair, there was a dead lizard near the window, the windows area had a lot of dust, the bathroom was dimly lit.

this is a hotel that shows 4.5 rating which i wonder how did they manage to get. we stayed one night here. desk staff and security hardly bother about your arrival which was extremely repelling while you expect a warm greeting by practice. room was spacious with outdated bathroom fittings and worn out appearance. corridors are poorly lit with dirt scattered around. breakfast was atrocious as there was nothing other than one item you order like in a restaurant outside after paying extra for breakfast. I suggest avoid this place if you look for decent hospitality and comfort.

Breakfast timing is not correct. They serve breakfast only after 8.30 am so I have to leave the hotel without taking breakfast

Property and the food all very good, due to the room size i changed the room after check in that was only the problem apart from that room, cleanliness and the staff everything wad good.

one of the worst hotel I've stayed in Kottayam. Rude front office staff, clueless bellboys, mouldy washrooms with an awfull smell. The rooms are spacious, but everything ends there.

Property is situated close to the railway station. parking is available, but limited. No restaurant in the hotel. There are a few good ones nearby. Rooms were OK.

Iswarya residency vet calm and peaceful stay in the middle of the heart of the kottayam city near to the famous thirunakkara temple. Very neat and clean room me and my family enjoyed staying here

The location of the hotel is in the centre of the city near to railway station, famous temple and nice arrangement in hotel

It was a very good stay and the food served there was very tasty we loved the food and stay

The approach road is congested. Staff seems quite disinterested. No help offered for bags. Not equipped with sufficient number of items needed by guests. Restaurant staff seemed to be totally untrained.

Clean rooms but hot water was not available after complaining multiple times. Near to thirunakkara temple
