The itc gardenia epitomizes luxury in every aspect of its offering. From the moment i stepped into the opulent lobby, i was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance. The rooms are a haven of comfort, adorned with plush furnishings and tasteful decor. The attention to detail is impeccable, with amenities and services that cater to every conceivable need. My recent stay at the 5-star property was a mix of luxury and missed opportunities for personalization. The facilities, restaurants, and room were all exceptional, providing a truly indulgent experience. However, the lack of proactive communication and personalized service was notable. Before my stay, I had to initiate contact twice to arrange special celebratory touches, which were eventually provided but only after my follow-up calls. I had also requested early check-in and asked to be notified when the room was ready, especially important as I was traveling with a toddler. Unfortunately, I had to call again to confirm room availability. Although the room was beautifully decorated as requested, there was a missed opportunity during checkout for the staff to inquire about my stay experience and express hospitality. Overall, while the ITC Gardenia - A Luxury Collection Hotel's amenities and accommodations were superb, there is room for improvement in their communication and guest engagement to truly elevate the experience with a personal touch.

Check in was smooth. The room decor was good. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony's view was good to view at night. There is a mesh present to prevent birds into flying the room. Food is expensive be it in room dining or the restaurants near lobby. Not much variety for vegetarians. Stayed only for a night. Had dinner and breakfast at the cubbon pavilion. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner buffet was average at best. Luxury wise i find the overall look of the ITC Gardenia - A Luxury Collection Hotel bit underwhelming. The in room phones looked very old. They had all sort of buttons which made no sense. The reception table looked old.

Itc gardenia is a beautiful property with having lot of greens. The ground floor has a beautiful big entrance and open-air air restaurant below the rooftop-top garden. The food of kebab and curries is very good, especially their famous dal bukhara. The breakfast menu is ok like other ITC Gardenia - A Luxury Collection Hotels. Service in the breakfast area is a little slow. Food quality is average. The room service menu is also limited. My room was big with a personal drawing area, terrace and fully automated body rejuvenating massage machine. Corridors on my floor were too cold and the proper temperature was supposed to be maintained.

The ITC Gardenia - A Luxury Collection Hotel was amazing with how they welcomed me. The front desk was very friendly and whenever i had any query or requests they made sure it was fulfilled. The rooms were clean and neat and even the amenities were top notch. The life guard at the pool too took really good care of my request. I i rdered some food by the pool side, if only the wait time for that could decrease it would be absolutely amazing! to top it off the breakfast spread too was very good and the staff there too kept checking on us and fulfilled any requests we made. I highly rate and recommend this place!

Enjoyed the green ambience and quiet retreat in this place, it felt there is a stay here that is serenading a traveler right in between a bustling central city location. Loved the buffet spread hosted on all 5 days, excellent hospitality with friendly and eager staff who took good care. Very clean rooms, our balcony had an amazing view outside of city skyscape and yet a lot of green space within luxury ITC Gardenia - A Luxury Collection Hotel. Recommend this highly to other travellers, will return again for the experience of stay, proximity to central bangalore and the food!

The location of the ITC Gardenia - A Luxury Collection Hotel is good it is located at a place from where you can see nearby things on foot and also the taxi's and busses are easily available. The rooms are neat and clean and proper care of hygiene is being followed. The food provided is good and at the same time time the staff interaction and helping attitude was great. One drawback i found was there is no string to dry the undergarments. Normally i found string in the bathroom which can be pulled to dry clothes. Otherwise overall excellent.

Comfortable stay as always. Location is a plus if you’re looking to stay in and around the heart of bangalore. Only gripe was that i had to change rooms because of a foul smell within a few hours of checking in, which is something you wouldn’t expect at such a property; but the ITC Gardenia - A Luxury Collection Hotel staff was swift and apologetic in their response and changed my room without hassle. Good stay overall, special mention to prahalad of the housekeeping department. He was friendly yet professional and helpful.

Gardenia is a very luxurious and prime property situated in the middle of the city. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are a bit old but the comfort level is next level.

The stay at this property was exceptional. From the food to the services to each and every staff member being courteous, everything was phenomenal. If you are looking for a property for a staycation within bangalore this property is the answer. We had the most comfortable, warm and luxurious stay here. Never witnessed this sort of hospitality. Amazing property.

Amenities and services are excellent, food is also good. Interiors and room set up was also great. However, washroom area should also have mechanism to lock from inside :d

The rooom was comfortable. The balcony had a good view of the stadium. We were worried about noise, but there was no disturbance from the stadium noise or the busy street downstairs. The two layers of doors: glass and wood panel-led were helpful to keep the cold breeze and the noise out. Well designed room with a cosy balcony. The christmas morning breakfast was the largest spread. There were so many delectable choices.

It was a wonderful stay. Loved everything about the place - from the food to hospitality to the hygiene.
