ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat

We went to the ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat wanting a quick getaway from the hectic city office life and were more than pleasantly surprised to get much more. This was an experience in all aspects. Like being transported to a world of luxury and nature all in one. The experience started from the drive through a green forest like area where you head to the distant grand property nestled within the beautiful aravalis. The beautiful vast sky all around. As we entered the drive we were met with the the high india flag mast feeling all patriotic with the independence day coming up. Then a beautiful drive with both sides laid with lush green trees the grand almost palace like main ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat block rises to greet you. We were in awe with the beautiful fountains in front and the grand foyer. The welcome staff was so warm and helpful. The interiors of the ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat are absolutely stunning. The fun ride to the residence rooms through the fountains and trees added an extra layer of excitement with the kids. The room itself was intricately and beautifully designed with a terrace overlooking the beautiful sky and courtyard behind. The swimming pool, the games area, the guided drive around the property through the grand golf course was so much fun. The food spreads in the majestic hall was lavish and delicious. Mr. Dipak, a very sweet guard at the gate was sweet enough to help us with the family photographs, he was a professional. The reception staff was delightful and went out of their way to make our experience special. All in all a must visit.

I stayed there with my parents for a day on the 19th of july at the gazebo terrace suite there’s no concept of room here. All are suites only with more than enough space and comfort. The humid weather played the spoilsport or else could’ve enjoyed the gazebo terrace and sit out even more. I opted for silver package for the birthday celebration for my mother’s birthday and the decoration was really worth it. The property is huge and the ambience is breathtaking. The food at both aravalli and prithvi restaurants was awesome but aravalli has an edge in terms of taste. The most striking feature of itc grand is the service. Their hospitality was remarkable and gesture too sweet. The one who received us at the check in as well as one who dealt during check out (forgetting their names? were really sweet sensible. With respect to a small confusion with bill they waived off without any argument and understood my point politely. The security men mr. Brijender and mr kapil were really kind. 2nd visit to the property with a belief that things probably could have improved at the property for the cost you pay for the stay. Place is accessible from gurgaon (30-45 mins) with somewhat decent access roads. Stay is a bit unwelcoming as you have to wait for min. 25-30 mins for check in to happen. Single counter is not helping at all (2nd time too it's was delayed) rooms are nice and well maintained but in room service leaves a lot to be desired. 2nd time too it took around 30 mins for 2 cups of tea to arrive. Also room service is not bothered to pick up used crockery from your rooms. This time it was annoying too due to frequent reminders given to check out by 12 pm (i got it the first time over) but 3 reminder in 24 hrs was not required. Food is good. Nothing extraordinary. Service is standard. You would always however expect the extra since you are paying more than 50% extra. Other services like kids play area, recreational areas, semi private pool is standard. I may or may not return to stay at grand bharat in the near future. As it's not money's worth atleast with current service levels.

The experience was awesome. Our initial concern on dinner venue was more than addressed and got a royal treatment where each need of ours was taken care of. We felt at home and our celebration was celebrated by the entire staff making us feel really special. Would like to make a special mention regarding the hospitality and attention exhibited by mr. Abhishek (both, lakshay and mayank. Chef mr. Dipankar was courteous enough for checking our culinary preferences. A special note of thanks to the operations head ms. Ruchi parashar who was professional and kind enough to accommodate our requests and for ensuring that the experience was a delighter. The property in any case is magnificent but the service and hospitality of the staff made the experience memorable. Thanks ruchi and team itc. Will definitely revisit.

Inside atmosphere is fabulous, feel like a mahal, the food is very good, villa kind of feel, a good ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat experience involves various factors. The moment we entered the property it felt like we are not in india. Lol. It was so clean and organized. Service was too good. Rooms were spacious, clean and good. Loved the space for bathroom. I made a last minute booking to celebrate my birthday and it was worth it. Though i left only with available room with gazebo and attached terrace. But it was also too good and worth staying. Could not enjoy private pool but common pool seemed a better option to us. 24 hours service restaurant for food was a convenient option but i personally felt they can introduce more variety to it specially vegetarian. Overall hospitality was good. Would love to stay again and would like to try room with private pool.

We went to celebrate my wife's 35th birthday. The property is beautiful hands down. My five year old son did not want to leave the room. He wanted to stay there forever. The semi private pool is maintained well. The room is big enough. All the amenities you expect out of a five star ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat. The only problem we faced was in room dining. The two times we ordered in the food was not upto the mark. Fries and chicken fry seemed frozen and not fresh. Having said that once told about it chef shantanu cooked up a nice meal and sent it to our room breakfast and dinner buffet at their prithvi lounge were really good. Over all a good stay for the price we paid.

Went there for 3 days with a 7 year old, everything went well and the kid’s needs were taken care of very promptly. Food was great and property and private pools are also well maintained.

Had an awesome experience while one night staying here. Nice breakfast and good service altogether specifically very good staff who helped and guided properly about property and its amenities.

Stay at itc bharat was fantabulous. Hotel property is excellent. Room space is good. Food is perfect. Staff is courteous. But hospitality can be one tag higher if they can make small moments in customers life more memorable. It was my parents 50th anniversary celebration so we had asked for small cake at dinner table for celebration in the buffet. Which never came and we got the cake served in the room when we were going to bed. Food at itc grand bharat was super good. Amazing property to stay. Suites are exceptional with great interiors. All the meals were great. However check-in at the ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat can be made more smooth. Overall it was a good experience.

We decided to plan a last minute staycation - and chose itc grand bharat. Excellent hospitality, ambience, service. The experience is totally worth the money.

Ms neha was very supportive, polite and a great manger who helped us make our stay even better by providing us every little thing that we needed specially changes in view and service time. Enjoyed stay at grand bharat. Pool suit and 1st floor balcony sweets were excellent. Staff was great including security and cart drivers. Sports facility is very good which usually is not mentioned in any reviews. Dipanker the chef was very good good food and also taking care of our personal needs when my son was not well. One of my best stay in any resort in india i will be back with my family again in september on my birthday

We have stayed there recently and we really loved the property, ambience, comfort, quality and services. But the food taste and quality surprisingly not at their level.

The stay was really nice along with the hospitality of the ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat was really good. We had a 6 month old baby with us and we were facilitated for him as well pretty nicely by the ITC Grand Bharat - A Luxury Collection Retreat staff.

It was really a great experience, unbearable hospitality, ambience and amenities ☺️
