It was a very pleasant experience staying at itc, the whole staff was very accommodative and made it seem like a home away from home tending to every details we desired. A special mention for this enriching experience to ms angel sekholu tunyi who took utmost care of our family, came personally to check on us every day, very positive always cheerful and bringing cheer to those around. I highly recommend this place to travellers as well as people staying for getting treatment done at hospitals in mumbai, the staff really takes special care!

The hospitality of all top indian ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel chains, particularly itc has no parallels across the world. From check in convenience to comfortable and spacious rooms to excellent spread and care at breakfast buffet, itc grand central was just fantastic. While not even a glass of water is served outside on table, here you always have someone to help and assist you with your breakfast. I really miss indian five star ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotels while travel-ling abroad!

The property lives up to its name and pictures. Every aspect of the stay exceeded my expectations. I had requested a room with a city view in advance, which they made sure to arrange. The rooms were exceptionally clean upon check-in and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with attention paid to even the smallest details. Shravni provided excellent assistance throughout my stay and was incredibly helpful. I would like to give her a special shoutout for making me feel welcomed.

We spent 2 nights. The property has an old british raj feel to it, checking in was smooth and as they were busy (and we were early) we headed for lunch and were handed keys as we finished. The rooms were spacious and very clean, they surprised my wife with a cake cause it was her birthday and also light balloon decoration in the room. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. That lux hours were amazing and overall we had a great time.

Had an comfortable and relaxing staycation. Abhishek at the reception was very courteous and professional. He gave us an upgrade to a room with a great view and enquired if the stay was comfortable at the time of check out. Food was good. Lunch, dinner and breakfast buffet spread is awesome and taste was great too, loved the desserts. The restaurant managers are very particular and check on the guests often. Overall it was an amazing staycation. Thank you!

Loved it! 10/10- gotta say a bit expensive and out of budget but overall a great experience. Loved the room, the view, everything really! the staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but the room was not ready for check in so the staff escorted me to the lounge where i was served coffee while i waited for my room. The room was ready fairly quickly tho. Even at checkout they allowed me 30 extra minutes.

The ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel of-course being grand as it is doesnt justify the price point for it. Of-course considering mumbai prices to be high i expected a but for area to this ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel. But the food and service was too notch.

It was broadly good, having some issues with drop leakage at sitting area and toilet flush leakage. Food was good but limited varieties at curry restraunt

The property is good but all services and not good, like the checkin experience took a while, the rooms didn’t have everything expected from an itc ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel, shout-out to there new restaurant opened dakshin, one of the best food. Rest restaurants are average.

They stay was amazing. The only problem was the service was little slow. We asked for plates and waited for almost 35mins for that. Rest all was amazing they gave us a cake for our anniversary which was very tasty and room was decorated. Thankyou for an amazing stay
