We had a pretty amazing stay at the property. We had visited the ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel for our baby moon and was welcomed with a beautifully decorated room with a complimentary cake. Made us feel really special. Our room which was upgraded had an astounding view of the city. Food: buffet spread was amazing for all the meals covering all types of cuisines. However, the seating was a little cramped up. Also was a tad disappointed with the cocktails. Overall experience was amazing and definitely a thumbs up for more visits thank you itc grand central!

It was a very pleasant experience staying at itc, the whole staff was very accommodative and made it seem like a home away from home tending to every details we desired. A special mention for this enriching experience to ms angel sekholu tunyi who took utmost care of our family, came personally to check on us every day, very positive always cheerful and bringing cheer to those around. I highly recommend this place to travellers as well as people staying for getting treatment done at hospitals in mumbai, the staff really takes special care!

The hospitality of all top indian ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel chains, particularly itc has no parallels across the world. From check in convenience to comfortable and spacious rooms to excellent spread and care at breakfast buffet, itc grand central was just fantastic. While not even a glass of water is served outside on table, here you always have someone to help and assist you with your breakfast. I really miss indian five star ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotels while travel-ling abroad!

The property lives up to its name and pictures. Every aspect of the stay exceeded my expectations. I had requested a room with a city view in advance, which they made sure to arrange. The rooms were exceptionally clean upon check-in and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with attention paid to even the smallest details. Shravni provided excellent assistance throughout my stay and was incredibly helpful. I would like to give her a special shoutout for making me feel welcomed.

We spent 2 nights. The property has an old british raj feel to it, checking in was smooth and as they were busy (and we were early) we headed for lunch and were handed keys as we finished. The rooms were spacious and very clean, they surprised my wife with a cake cause it was her birthday and also light balloon decoration in the room. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. That lux hours were amazing and overall we had a great time.

Had an comfortable and relaxing staycation. Abhishek at the reception was very courteous and professional. He gave us an upgrade to a room with a great view and enquired if the stay was comfortable at the time of check out. Food was good. Lunch, dinner and breakfast buffet spread is awesome and taste was great too, loved the desserts. The restaurant managers are very particular and check on the guests often. Overall it was an amazing staycation. Thank you!

Loved it! 10/10- gotta say a bit expensive and out of budget but overall a great experience. Loved the room, the view, everything really! the staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but the room was not ready for check in so the staff escorted me to the lounge where i was served coffee while i waited for my room. The room was ready fairly quickly tho. Even at checkout they allowed me 30 extra minutes.

The service and ambiance was good. Its was great hospitality services and cooperative staff. Very clean room and amenities. Food was also good and delicious.

World class infrastructure in the middle of the city and super good toilet fittings and rooms and furnishing. Only thing lacking was food. Palladion restaurant has lots of room of improvement, below average food (doesnt even match 3star ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel dining)

It is one of my favorite ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotel for staycation, good food, amazing hospitality, good ambience, polite staff, newly added linens & bathrobes plus point they have customised their itc soap and shampoos which have very good smell

I like itc properties as i feel familiar with simple tasks. Light control, shower controls etc. Itc rooms are bigger and bear very classy looks. Both are average on loyalty programs. I have membership of both but have become agnostic. I recall all ITC Grand Central - A Luxury Collection Hotels show alacrity in enrolling members but that is about it.

The service was top-notch, the staff was cooperative, and the food was scrumptious. All in all it was a great experience travel-ling to mumbai or india for the first time and receiving great service at each place i visited.

This is a stunning property- i have been to other itcs and didn’t realize there was this little gem in parel. Service, ambience and breakfast is very good. Dosa chutney in the buffet was so good i couldn’t eat anything else. Will stay here again and again if possible!

As a solo woman traveller i am always on edge. But at itc i was put up on an all women exclusive floor and i haven’t so peacefully on my work trips in the longest time!

The stay was splendid. Rooms were super comfortable. Staff was humble and very helpful. Breakfast spread was something to die for!
