Traveling alone with a toddler can be a challenge, but my recent 3-day stay at itc grand goa with my 3-year-old daughter transformed it into a cherished memory. This wasn't just any trip; it was our first mother-daughter getaway, and here's a glimpse into our unforgettable journey. A warm welcome: our arrival was marked with melodious music, a traditional shell garland, and a refreshing welcome drink. But the real surprise came in the form of a cake and a flower bouquet, a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. Stay in style: nestled on the 1st floor, our lagoon view room was a haven of luxury. From the daily complimentary fresh fruits to the tech-savvy amenities controlled by an ipad, every detail was impeccable. The spacious bathroom was a personal favorite. Child's paradise: the resort is a dream come true for kids. The oliver's club, with its myriad of activities, ensures they're always entertained. The serene beach, equipped with toys and dedicated areas for towels and footwear, was my daughter's playground. For the soul: the spa's rejuvenating massages are a must-try. While the resort boasts three diverse restaurants, i felt a broader seafood variety would be a cherry on top. Nature's lap: the vast lawn, magical forest, and ever-helpful staff make the resort a true paradise. A mother's reflection: this trip was more than just a vacation. It was a testament to the bond i share with my daughter. Her joy, her laughter, and her excitement made every moment worth it. I took a leap of faith, traveling alone with her, and i'm glad i did. Olka welcomed us with a bright smile and exceptional politeness, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. She was particularly wonderful with our kids, making them feel special and guiding us expertly through the check-in process. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade to the stunning lagoon view room, which offered breathtaking views of the serene lagoon and beautifully landscaped gardens. Two restaurants stood out for their exceptional cuisine and service: ottimo cucina italian and the pavilion! ottimo chef zubin: he crafted exquisite pizzas and engaged with our daughter, teaching her the art of pizza-making. His patience and kindness made our experience truly special. Sasha: his pasta creations, particularly the ravioli, were divine. He tailored the dish to our preferences, showcasing his skill and dedication. Our server, vikas raza, provided impeccable service, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. The pavilion chef yogesh: his culinary expertise shone through in every dish, and his warm smile made our dining experience even more special. Our server, abhisek, was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured seamless service. The hospitality and warmth of aftab, the restaurant manager, made us feel valued and pampered. The resort has a private beach, perfect for those seeking a quiet and peaceful experience. The staff at the resort were good remembering our favorite dishes and preferences throughout our stay. The resort's property is stunning, with vast open expanses of greenery and a lovely lobby. Olka's warm welcome, chef zubin's pizza-making skills, sasha's culinary expertise, vikas raza's attentive service, chef yogesh's delicious creations, abhisek's seamless service, and aftab's warm hospitality made our stay at itc grand goa truly unforgettable!

I booked this ITC Grand Goa - A Luxury Collection Resort stay to stay with my family for 4 nights and it was the most awesome experience. We were welcomed with a nice drink and later to our room which was a beautiful lagoon view room and it was beyond expectations. Never ever have i experienced this kind of hospitality from a ITC Grand Goa - A Luxury Collection Resort. The resort was mesmerising and everywhere there was a buggy service availability because it’s a huge place and walking can be a little challenging. The swimming pool was a delight and again the service was way too good as they would bring us drinks immediately once we ordered. The breakfast was outstanding and so was the lunch and dinner. The staff is so helpful that they go beyond everything to help us out. We had some concern on day one with the house keeping and they responding so well that every time we left the room - we came back to see a beautiful and clean room. They even decorated our room and gave us a cake as it was a special occasion. We had some suggestions about the kids club that they should have more activities and they auctioned it immediately. The representative came to our room and personally spoke to us and took our feedback positively. They even gave us a gift and gave complimentary sessions which were otherwise chargeable. This resort is like some wonderland. It is so pretty in the evening that you can just keep walking around. A perfect family place. The beach is so beautiful and the sunset is awesome. It is more like a private beach with no chaos at all. I love this property. Thank you goa and thank you itc!

Honest review and I am not a person who takes the effort of writing a review about any thing. I fell in love with this property so much that I wanted to write one. It's a bit long and detailed personal experience. Breif Description: This is a perfect place for couples and family. Nice and clean beach. Very nice cortious polite and helping staff. Decent and posh crowd. Great food options , there are three restaurants which serves great food. Personal experience: Detailed one :-) I stayed in 'Second Court' sea facing rooms, it's an experience on its own. The room is right on the beach facing and the breathing taking view of the calm and clean beach. My Eleven year old daughter was swimming all day in pool and evening in beach . Special Thanks to Sushmita, Olga and Shanai from the reception staff. Thanks to Abhishek, Joseph, Myron and entire pavilion restaurant staff. I can’t recall all names but all of them are awesome. Thanks to all the cart drivers especially Amar. Also thanks to property manager for being helpful and greeting us with warmth every time. From Jitesh and family. One of the best luxury resorts in goa in terms of location, amenities, service and food. Private beach neat, clean with all the beach front facilities for relaxing and enjoying with family. Largest and the most well maintained pools in goa, with separate pools, one for enjoyment with family and kids and the other for the avid swimmers, so nobody is disappointed. Excellent dining experience and world class food at the pavilion, beachfront afghan restaurant offers unforgettable dining experience among the nice, cool sea breeze in a relaxed evening by the beach. Last but not the least, service, be it at the check in, check out, housekeeping or at all the restaurants is truly world class. A must visit property for anybody looking for an affordable, value for money yet luxurious vacation at goa.

Itc grand is the place to be in goa. Amazing property right on the sea shores and a huge one in south goa. The lush green garden will entice anyone to visit this place. The people who are very friendly makes this 5 star property even more special. The lagoons inside the property is an attraction of its own. Huge swimming pool, variety of food at 6 restaurants is an icing on the cake. Huge rooms with all the facilities are a great value add. The private beach attached to the property is a beautiful one as well. A big swimming pool and a pool side bar will keep everyone hooked to the pool. Kids have ollies club- where they can enjoy themselves with indoor games and a playstation. Outdoor football and volleyball enthusiasts can enjoy dedicated spaces in vast and beautifully managed lawns.

Perfect getaway with family is what i would say! beautifully maintained resort, beach access from within property, lush green gardens, dedicated indoor kids play area with so many activities inside, amazing pool, delicious food and best part is the staff ITC Grand Goa - A Luxury Collection Resort employees. They leave no stone unturned to ensure you feel comfortable and happy. They have quite automated rooms with ipad control for electronics. Its ony 16 kms from dabolim airport. Taxi stand is also outside. Service is fast too! basically a perfect place to stay and value for money in this category of resorts. Food is quite expensive thats the only thing i felt can be made better but the food quality is amazing! hope this review helps you plan your stay! happy vacations!

Itc grand uses the music of water to create a unique atmosphere. It has many musicians, the first one to greet you are the magnificent fountains, they immediately reduce the stress levels. After that comes the performance of the lagoon, since i was in the lagoon view room. Lagoon has its own melody with rain drops and light reflections. Then you have the enormous sea with its beautiful waves and pristine beaches. You can even enjoy a candle light dinner with live music. After that you can enjoy the pool, which is indeed a mini water park with slides and jacuzzi. Finally there’s the hidden gem of the lily pond. It truly bold me over, since i was not expecting this crescendo. I would love to go there again.

Close access to a very clean beach that is well maintained by the ITC Grand Goa - A Luxury Collection Resort team with lounge beds. Staff is extremely attentive to your needs and we're extra accommodating as we had a toddler with us. Rooms have an excellent decor. Food was outstanding. Staff was attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday

Wat an experience it was! Outstanding Property, Finger licking Food specially South Indian, such a excellent Hospitality. Unforgettable experience👌Wen we entered the Resort it was such a b’ful beach view from reception. There Spa services are amazing. The Royal Afghan restaurant at Beach side is amazing. Pavilion Restaurant is also too good. There chef Rijju is so knowledgeable person that’s why they serve so delicious food. Must visit Property. Me myself will visit soon nd yes this is pet friendly property.

The property is spacious and neatly maintained. Access to clean beach and good sized swimming pools. Just that the service leaves lot to be desired, particularly in the restaurants. They didn’t even seem to care asking for feedbacks either.

ITC Grand Goa was the best decision! It was such a comfortable stay. The property symbolises luxury in every sense. Manish from the Concierge Team was such a gem of a person and assisted us throughout our stay and always gave us a personal touch by making sure we were having a good time. Will surely visit again! ♥️
