ITC Kakatiya - A Luxury Collection Hotel

Everything was excellent, the courtesy of the staff and the food was very nice . The room size was good.

Stay was just ok. It was expected to be transit for us BUT they gave a room which was attached with another room with a separation by a door. It was ridiculous. How can you assign couple such a room? We were able to hear even the mobile ringtone of the guest staying in another room. Where is our privacy?? Finally we approached the front desk and got the room changed. Horrible experience it was but FO lady acknowledged and took prompt action.

B’fast VERY badly managed-sulky supervisors, EXCELLENT waiters-lousy standard . Dinner a la carte managed as tho’ they are doing a favour! Took 45 mins as only ordered Dal with Tandoori Paratha!! Perhaps more water can be kept! Bathroom drainage/upkeep/repair needs attention. Housekeeping and operator response amazingly good! Gym has improved, upkeep good. Overall there is a marked improvement in upkeep/renovation after my last stay! Thank you-I will only request room 1419 on my visit WITH my wife-no other favours!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼

I recently stayed here as part of a conference and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a heritage charm, and despite being quite old, it is very well maintained. The interiors reflect the historic character, and nothing felt damaged or neglected. That said, I do feel some areas need upscaling. While the heritage look should definitely be retained, the rooms—especially suites—require some refinement to match the pricing. We booked a suite at ₹ feel like it offered the full value expected at that rate. Parking assistance could also be improved, as it was slightly inconvenient. On the positive side, the conference hall (Hyder Mahal) was excellent. However, the dining area could use an upgrade. While the fabric roof was beautifully done, the overall setup—including the bar and food counters—felt quite basic and did not reflect the ambiance of a five-star property. In summary, the hotel has strong heritage value and is well-maintained, but with some thoughtful upscaling in rooms and dining areas, it can truly deliver the premium experience it aims for.

Hotel stay is okay however i feel it is overpriced. Room is nice but not much food option is breakfast. Not much activity other than swimming pool

The Hotel Management seemed completely unorganized regarding room allocations. Over two nights, I had to change rooms twice, yet none of them were up to the expected standard—even though I had booked the hotel’s top-category room. The management initially asked me to shift, citing upcoming renovation work, but later the reception admitted that the room was actually reserved for another guest. Eventually, I was placed in a room where the AC didn’t function properly, electrical switches had issues, and several other problems persisted. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money To add to this, the food quality was also below expectations.

We initially experienced quite a bit of noise on our floor due to ongoing renovations, although the staff had informed us about this at check-in. The staff were helpful and promptly changed our room after we raised a complaint. However, the food was disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s brand. Both breakfast and dinner buffets lacked variety, and there were no juices or soft drinks available with dinner. The dining area felt warm even with the AC on, and requests to adjust the cooling didn’t help. Our room also stayed on the warmer side despite trying to adjust the AC. On the positive side, the room was spacious, well-equipped with standard amenities like a TV, safe, bath and dental kits, and a mini bar, and it offered a nice view of the pool. Overall, the stay was just average, mainly due to the food. Guests could also choose to sit outdoors beside the pool near the dining area.

The place was old and not as comfortable as other itc hotels The staff was to slow and not really ready to help

Hotel room is so clean, service is good. Nice hospitality. Food is too expensive. The portion size is so small for the price paid.

Food can be better. Specially dinner time. For 5 star hotel limited buffet is not good. A part from dinner everything was good. I enjoyed my stay

The staff was welcoming but that was all. The room was not great. Electric kettle non functional, no dental kits, empty food bar. This property is by no means a match to other ITC Hotels.

There were stains on the carpet, US pins weren’t working . Breakfast buffet was really good. Valley service isn’t there all the time

Hotel had a more palace or historic style, but rooms were well renovated and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and comparable to other 5 star hotels.
