Dear Team, I have stayed with your property recently, as well as last week, for a total of almost four days. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed with the quality of food and service during my stay. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over four years, both in India and abroad, I did not expect this level of service from your team. Here are a few specific concerns I would like to bring to your attention: Food Quality – The overall quality of food was not up to the mark, especially considering the prices being charged. Missing Items – I had specifically requested salad and raita with my order, but they were not provided at all. Butter Chicken – The butter chicken served was excessively salty. Burnt Roti – The roti was completely burnt and black. I even shared photos of this during my previous stay Mutton Biryani – The mutton biryani was also disappointing in taste and quality. Billing Confusion – To add to my concerns, from the in-room dining team called me this morning regarding a payment that I had already settled at the time of checkout yesterday. I even have the payment confirmation and statement with me. It was surprising and unprofessional to receive such a call without verifying the facts. I kindly request you to review these points carefully and ensure proper follow-up. As a guest, I expected a higher standard of service and attention to detail. Looking forward to a prompt response and resolution.

Stay was totally good. I appreciate the front office staff, Chinnu specially chinnu taken care of me for almost last week and the thing I was disappointed by the whatever I ordered food in the room was the total disappointed by the food only except that everything went good and thank you.

I stayed for one day on September 20th, 2025, to celebrate my husband's birthday. The team was attentive to my requests and thoughtfully arranged a bouquet and cake, making the day truly special for both of us. Although there was a brief miscommunication, Mr. Sumith from Kaya Kalp Spa promptly coordinated and rescheduled our spa session. In the end, everything worked out perfectly. I'm sincerely grateful to each staff member who took such good care of us. I would definitely recommend this place for celebrating special occasions.

Breakfast ambiance and everything was perfect at the stay only the dinner what we had was not upto mark really disappointed with the disappointed dinner and even one of the desert was rotten

Location wise the hotel is at the best possible location, the rooms are the most modern ones and are technologically driven. The breakfast layout is of very high standard; however the dinner layout is not very great ie if you take with the package, however there are other cuisine specific restaurants which are great. Staff is very courteous and friendly

Very good and pleasant stay.Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet at golconda pavilion has huge variety and fresh.

The stay was great, the food was awesome, and the hospitality was top-notch. Must suggest yi- jing restaurant.

Staff were excellent, loved the room and the cake they sent for my anniversary. The only one problem I had was the chlorine level was a bit high in the sink. But exception stay otherwise.

The property is located at a beautiful location adjacent to a lake. The staff is very courteous and ensures all your needs are taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The only downside is that the bathroom needs to have a lock and better blinds.

the room was almost at the end. i usually get a upgrade not this time. it's was smelling bad. just because it was busy they don't have to give bad rooms or left over unused one. it's not like they reduced the price bad experience thsi time.
