The rooms smell as if not used for days. Service at front desk is poor. Strangely they don't accept PAN Card and Aadhar Card as address proof. Not everyone carries passport during domestic travels All in all, don't expect such goof ups with a five star luxury hotel

It was a nice experience overall . We did not have QR code at our rooms and one of the staff member was taking this issue lightly and when asked , that person was taking this issue casually even though she was helpful and kind. This needs to be noted.. Otherwise, it was a good experience overall.. I found Amit, The person handling swimming pool was extremely polite and decent. During my breakfast time, Abhishek ,the person serving us was kind, polite,and helpful.I am satisfied with his behaviour.

Loved the way ITC went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Provided us a tower upgrade at not too much of a higher price point. The lavish care and the warmth was evident. The only thing that could have been better was the service during breakfast in the separate tower area. Overall a great experience.

the stay was very good, starting from check on to check out everything was beyond perfection. Rooms were great and spacious. Food was fantastic. Pool area is very beautiful. Lobby gives you a feel of mix modern art and cultural heritage .

Amazing stay at ITC Maurya

I had a wonderful stay at ITC Maurya.From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I loved the decor with fresh flowers standout comfy bed, large TV, great view, or modern bathroom.The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping the room fresh throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch as well. I enjoyed spending time at the restaurant it was a great way to unwind after a busy day. The location was perfect, with easy access to [local attractions or transport links]. Overall, I highly recommend ITC Maurya to anyone visiting Delhi.I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

My latest experience in itc maurya, Delhi is worst experienc. Check in time process taken my 1 hour. Food I ordered in room dining so poor quality. Less option was available in vegitable section. Breakfast in kamal mahal was so bad with limited options.I had earlier stayed at Welcome ITC, Dwarka, Delhi and ITC Grand Bharat Resort, Gurugram, the experience there was very good. But ITC Maurya was not good at all.
