ITC Narmada - A Luxury Collection Hotel

It was an amazing experience. Checked in the day after the cricket final while the ITC Narmada - A Luxury Collection Hotel was still dealing with the aftermath of hosting it. Got to check-in at 4 pm but to make up for it they gave us access to the pool area where they had steam and sauna. That rejuvenated our tired bodies. Also once we were checked in we saw that there was no bed in the room, that apparently belonged to a players child and hence the bed was removed for thier safety. Again that was handled with class and we were immediately upgraded to a junior suite with complimentary breakfast. The stay in itself was excellent the beds are excellent, the property is new and loaded. Seemed like they had dealt with the chaos of cricket world cup quite successfully and the little discomfort that was caused to the customers was managed adequately. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

This is truly luxurious collection ITC Narmada - A Luxury Collection Hotel by itc. The ITC Narmada - A Luxury Collection Hotel offer's suites including serviced apartments almost like a palace. It has minimal decorations and beautiful spaced out space where one can just relax and enjoy. It has has everything that one can ask from restaurant to gym to pool spa. The customer service is really awesome. It's almost took a decade to built and now it's is the most relaxing and rejuvenating place one can be. Wide varieties of food service and interior. The architecture, minimalism & staff 's polite behaviour becomes the cherry on cake ! i have been here for one night along with my wife & trust me i have no idea it goes so smooth. Very peaceful atmosphere here. I love it. Surely recommended to my friends & family.

I am not someone who is much enthusiastic to write a review but I had to for ITC Narmada. I went there with my infant and husband. I must say from the welcome at main gate to the goodbye each staff member greeted us and our daughter with a big smile. The stay was seamless for us which doesn’t really happen with an infant. Spa and Pool services were just amazing. I recommend Kaya Kalp massage at spa centre. Breakfast was delicious and specially the servers were warm along with food. A big shout out to Yi Jang restaurant. I am in love with food and definitely becoming a regular. I recommend to each and every authentic Chinese food lover from Jasmine tea to soup to handmade noodles, everything was just out of the world 🫶. I would only like to suggest a kids area or something to entertain kids. Thank you.

The property is managed by itc group, ensuring excellent hospitality and courteous staff. Guests loved the spacious and well-maintained rooms with scenic views. The property offers a royal experience with its grandeur and charm, making guests feel like royalty. The food is delicious, and the staff goes the extra mile to make the stay memorable. There’s three restaurants as well royal vega for vegetarian yi jing for chinese food and the last one continental foods the location is perfect, with easy access to nearby low garden malls and markets

We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel with family. The staff is very friendly,courteous and professional. The Lobby and Rooms are excellent. The bed and other accessories in the Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. We had a small issue . They discharge the Room Card exactly at 12 noon. We faced lot of inconvenience and time taken for recharge of our Room card. The system was too slow. Any way overall stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good. We saw lots of of food wastage in the Restaurant during breakfast by the guests. Please see if ther can be some solution to this problem. Regards

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of ITC Narmada - A Luxury Collection Hotel. Everything about the ITC Narmada - A Luxury Collection Hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was an amazing experience staying at itc narmada. The show stopper was the services they provide. At night, around 10pm, a person from housekeeping came by himself and asked if we need anything for the night. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene it's definitely 10/10. Loved their drive for zero single use plastic. The ambience with the aroma and the background music was one of the kind and actually relaxing and soothing. One complaint would be that no one answered the reception or the room service calls when called several times in the evening.

Hotel is new and beautiful…..The check in experience was seamless…I even got a room upgrade by Yuvika at the reception We had dinner at royal vega…excellent hospitality and food quality. Had breakfast and Dinner at Adalaj pavallion…the meals had the best selections and quality. We too tried their in room dinning. Satyam helped us curate the best in room dining experience. Will recommend this ITC Narmada - A Luxury Collection Hotel over others in Ahmedabad

It was great experience there is very good staff service provided by them or nice food ambience there is very good breakfast. It was very pleas and atmosphere room decoration in the complementary cake and smooth disease in the breakfast very much impressive

The stay was fantastic! as soon as you enter the lobby you are mesmerized by its huge ceiling! the rooms were so perfect. Our was on 27th floor. We had a good view of the city. The staff was super helpful and kind. Would definitely visit the place again whenever i get a chance!
