I recently had the pleasure of staying at ITC Rajputana from August 9th to 12th, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like I was being welcomed into a home rather than a ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel. The team at Jal Mahal, especially Ashok and Ratan Ji, made dining there a treat every time. Their warmth and attention to detail made each meal feel special, almost like they were cooking just for me. Over at Jaipur Pavilion, Surendra Ji’s friendly demeanor and the delicious food made breakfast something I looked forward to every morning. A special shout-out to Vinod Sharma at the travel desk. His local knowledge and genuine desire to help made exploring Jaipur a breeze. Manoj Sharma and Bhavani at the concierge desk were always ready with a smile, eager to assist with any request. And let’s not forget the ever-cheerful darban’s whose greetings were the perfect start to each day. The front office team, with Salman and Nisha leading the way, made the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. I also want to acknowledge Salman at the operator desk for his quick and efficient responses whenever I called. My time at the spa was also a highlight of the trip. Monika’s expert care and soothing treatments left me feeling completely rejuvenated. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge during my stay. While I didn’t get a chance to catch the names of the housekeeping staff, their hard work didn’t go unnoticed. My room was always immaculate, and it felt like a serene retreat each time I returned. ITC Rajputana is not just about luxury; it’s about the people who make you feel valued and cared for. I left with fond memories and a warm heart, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so wonderful—I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the itc rajputana was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The staff is exceptionally considerate and thoughtful and are able to cater to folks from around the word. No one in our party spoke any hindi and we had no issues at all enjoying our stay there. The ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, featuring artwork, marble detailing, and architecture famous to the region of rajasthan. A stunning courtyard with a pool is also available to guests. The food is excellent, they are able to cook great dishes from all over india and beyond. With lots of seating and great wifi, many folks were able to comfortably work remotely as well. The location is also very convenient, guests are a short distance from the old city making many of the attractions, forts, palaces, food, and bazaars highly accessible. But it is absolutely the staff who make the place unforgettable. Despite our short stay at this very large ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel, the staff remembered us and looked after us individually. They are constantly checking in to offer any assistane from flagging down a taxi for you in the lobby to carrying your bags to offering you a fresh cup of juice or chai. Specifically we were hoping to mention by name sudhir, boleshankar, and gaurav for looking after us so well. We cannot recommend this ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel enough for your next travels. You will be staying in the utmost comfot and luxury.

I was on a 3 day stay in itc rajputana, jaipur with my husband and a 2 year old child. I must say it was a great experience. As soon as we stepped out of our room everybody (ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel staff) greet us with a smile and has a ready to help attitude always. One name i can’t forget is mr. B hole shankar, we asked him to pack some food for our kid, and he just brought everything available in their restaurant. It was so nice of him. Also the two girls in the play area (called ollie’s club) of the ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel vaishnavi and manasvi were so sweet, our kid enjoyed a lot with them in the play zone. Here i can’t resist myself to mention itc’s peshawari restaurant, the food is like yummmmm, i insist you even if you are not staying in itc jaipur and visiting this beautiful place, do visit itc’s peshawari restaurant. Looking forward to our more stays with itc.

It was awesome experience with itc rajputana ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel. I stayed there for first time n enjoyed everything there. Very nice ambience, friendly, attentive n cooperative staff specially shalu ma'am. Scrumptious n alluring food that you can't deny. Beautiful is small word for the ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel n they keep extra care for their ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel's cleanliness. Little expensive but worth. I ll definitely stay only there if i ll go to jaipur in future.

The stay was very good and comfortable. The food was very tasty and with reasonable variety. The breakfast menu could have been changed at least every two days, the menu was the same every day. Mr. Sonu rao from the ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel was very helpful during our travels, he kept us informed abu the duration and places. He was very punctual and professional. The staff was also very polite and helpful. The service provided is exemplary! i will visit it rajputana again in the future.

One of the amazing properties to stay in while you’re in jaipur. My wife & i celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary and they took good care of everything that our hearts desired! courteous staff, gigantic rooms & an excellent buffets spread. Book your stay & you’re in for a real treat!

Came from gurgaon. Stayed for one night for a change. Enjoyed the drinks while watching the evening cultural program by pool side. The dinner was well laid and lal mans was excellent. The breakfast was also good. Appriciate the efforts of kichen and serving staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall good change. Hope to come again.

Excellent staff and hospitality. My 5 yr old had very specific demand for his room and they front office staff and room controller arranged 5 rooms to check and pick from on a very busy extended weekend. No one showed slightest of irrigation or discomfort on their face doing so.

We had a very good stay at the property. The room provided had provision for our 2 kids to sleep properly. Breakfast had a detailed spread and all the request were taken care by the staff. Pool time was also very good. The only problem was that the room was given in the other end of the property and it was 200 meters walk to reach the lobby and alternative ways were closed due to ongoin g maintenance.
