ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel

Location was just perfect as we had a seminar in science city just across the road. But what i would like to specially mention here is that no matter how good amenities are - it is basically the people manning the important posts who make the difference. One person whom we first met in the dum pukht restaurant, mr. Akhtar - right from explaining the intricacies of each dish to painting the picture of the history behind the dum pukht, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. We were fortunate to meet him during our breakfast buffet too. Here again he knew exactly the right dish to recommend and get it served promptly as well. I hope i keep meeting him again and again whenever we go to this property. Apart from mr. Akhtar, i would also mention hrishita, the chef in-charge for the breakfast buffet for her creativity in the menu. Apart from them, rajanya and hindol in the reception left an excellent imprint in our minds. If anything, we know why this property has maintained it's reputation even though so many new properties have come up in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend a visit here and at least one dinner at the dum pukht.

We spent a nice time staying at the ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel. The hospitality is much appreciated. The breakfast was good. People working there were really nice & professional. At the breakfast area we met mr akhter who was really nice and he took good care of us. Over all everything was good but i would like to focus on the hospitality and staff behavior which was really nice. I would love to stay there again.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was very cooperative. But i had a hair in my food. Don’t expect this in a five star ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel and no manager or anyone came to contact us just sent an ice cream as compensation

Stay at itc was ok. Last time it was far better. I guess my timing was wrong as back to back marriages were going on and so the attention to general guests were not upto the level.

I enjoyed this stay because of the beautiful property. The setup of the pond is wonderful and soothing for the soul. I’ll be back , only for this property.

Itc sonar is always a love specially the fish pond area, the food was always our favorite and the whole team was very cooperative in total best experience
