I recently stayed at the ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel staff. From the moment i checked in, i was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request. The concierge was particularly helpful in recommending local attractions and arranging transportation. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a wide variety of fresh and tasty items. Location is very good, near important landmarks. Only a bit away from the airport and no markets or malls nearby. Otherwise nice. Food is good. Options in breakfast though numerous aren't actually properly planned, nor organised. Good choice of drinks in the breakfast. Also more options to be made available for in- room dining. Spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi all are good, only the access is through the reception. A private entry can be planned. Also the pan Asian restaurant is available only for dinner. Staff is caring and helpful, always available, prompt service. They even have a national level swimmer, who could represent the ITC in further competitions and make the organization feel proud. Thanks for allowing a late check in and late check out to match with the travelling time. Overall a very good stay. May visit again for a comfortable stay. The lily pond is beautiful but needs further maintenance. Also the pond with the spa could be maintained like the lily pond as it would provide a relaxing atmosphere.

My stay was absolutely delightful, primarily due to the exceptional staff and excellent infrastructure. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, demonstrating professionalism and warmth in every interaction. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly welcome. The infrastructure was modern, clean, and very well-maintained, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was the well-equipped rooms, the seamless wi-fi, or the inviting common areas, everything was designed with the guest's convenience in mind. The ambiance was calm and serene, perfect for relaxation. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the tasteful decor and thoughtful touches in the room. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and i look forward to returning, knowing that i will be well taken care of in a comfortable and beautiful environment.

Our stay as family for 3 days at itc sonar has been very refreshing and immensely beautiful. The hospitality we received from the front desk staff to the personal attention by chef at the restaurant has added stars to our leisure trip. Rooms were so well looked after and planned really well with all amenities at finger click. Swimming pool and spa area is well maintained and adds up to value for money. Only area that might need some correction can be breakfast menu and preparations, the focus has been on health which is extremely good but some people who are on holiday actually look forward to local cuisine and other items made in a traditional way. The menu can be made to have mix of healthy and authentic food.

I spent 3 nights at this ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel recently. Rooms are very well maintained. I loved the small efforts towards being e co conscious (eg water in glass bottles, bamboo toothbrushes. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was well stocked. On the first two days, the ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel was very full and so the quality and service at breakfast were disappointing. Do not try the waffles. They are hard as stone. But on the third day, we were surprised to find that the food quality was very good. And kishan looked after us very well. His service was exceptional.

Central location near to science city and nicco park, good food, ambience, infrastructure. Traveled with kid. Great stay with kid, staff verry helpful and polite, had ducks and fishes also which was a add on enjoyment to feed for my child, enjoyed every bit of the stay and would again go if had a trip to kolkata again. Had been to others also including hyatt and lalit but this was till now the best experience in kolkatta ITC Sonar - A Luxury Collection Hotel.

It was a pleasant stay at itc sonar, the staff's behaviour was so good. The room was so clean and well maintained. A bathing kit and refreshments were given in the room. There is also a mini-bar. It was a great stay.

Warm staff and really great hospitality. Clean rooms and very spacious. The breakfast spread was amazing as well.

The property is located at the heart of the city. Staff behavior was very nice. Chef ranvijay's food was superb and he was very friendly. Overall experience was excellent. Best part, i had my brkfast with kkr team mates.

Excellent ambience. Staff very helpful. If you are looking for an resort like experience, this is the place. If you visit during the ipl season, you will find the kkr team here.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. All the staff are extremely polite. The hospitality of itc sonar and the enchanting lotus pond with so many fishes makes the stay an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious and spotless and the breakfast spread was delightful. Overall, we had a very nice experience and created happy memories.
