ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel

We were a family of three stayed for a night at the executive club room that faced the center garden courtyard. Our experience at itc windsor was wonderful having a taste for design and the architecture was also colonial which is close to our hearts hailing from a state which is famous for colonial architecture of the british era, kerala. Moreover, to praise wholeheartedly the staff of the property who are indeed an asset especially mr. Gunashekar who has been very hospitable in providing his service along with furnishing details of the ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel to go decors to every nook and corner of the structure. Secondly, the very sweet lady ms. Vishakha who has enthralled us with her hospitable nature in fulfilling our appetite and making sure everything is perfect and lastly but not the least the stature sardarji, mr. Veeraj who was very much active in ensuring we have no discomfort during our experience at the breakfast counter. He was so cordial and it reached to a certain point where we were so much delighted and felt warmth which was more than what we received at any branded properties we had ever experienced. My whole family wishes them all the very best and hoping to stay at other properties of itc and most of all the bangalore windsor. )

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at itc windsor thanks to the warm hospitality of every staff member. What i loved even more was their conscious effort for e co friendly ways of luxury stay. The use of glass bottles, the wooden toiletries, compost-able wrapping, cloth napkins. It resonated so much with my personal way of living. Fine dining was a very personalized experience. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Chef venugopal went the extra mile in supervising food for our 6 year old. We were even offered to take some food to our room as our kid refused to eat during the dining hours. The complementary birthday cake was a cherry on the cake and we felt like royals in this regal palace-like setup.

Our stay at itc windsor was excellent. The high point was happy hours which had high quality beverages and refreshments in the evening, totally on the house. The room was comfortable with period style furnishings and all amenities. Breakfast was a great spread of multiple delicacies with the chefs making fresh preparations. We had guests at tea and the ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel offered multiple spaces to chill, walk and chat comfortably. Since our return flight was late in the evening. We got an extended check out. Thank you team itc windsor.

I had booked 2 rooms for some important guests in this ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel. First when the guests had arrived to the ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel the staff told that the rooms had not at all been booked. Later when the confirmation later from makemytrip was shown they checked for atleast 30 mins and later allotted a room. And also while checking out i had told them i’ll be paying the bill but the staff has held the guests to pay the bill. The service by the reception staff is horrible. Other than that everything is good.

The place is a luxurious palace with rich history converted into a ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel. The rooms are quite luxurious and has that elegance of british era india. The facilities are quite nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for free of cost and organised decorations and cake when i mentioned i was booking to celebrate our anniversary. The pavilion is a grand restaurant where you can experience fine dining experience and elegant setting fit for romantic getaways.

We stayed for 3 days in may with family and friends. The property is beautiful, peaceful grounds, still tries to retain the old world charm. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful. We frequented the raj pavilion and the royal afghan. Venugopal the chef at raj pavilion was friendly and took the initiative to talk to us and provide a brief history of the ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel. The food at royal afghan is excellent, similar to bukhara in itc maurya. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had informed them that i would be checking in late and when i reached the ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel they informed me that they have only smoking rooms left as all the non smoking rooms were occupied. I was skeptical about it but the staff took care of my concern and made sure the room did not smell and allotted me a room with garden access. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous with a variety of cuisine options. The staff was very friendly and helpful too

Overall a good stay, but wouldnt call it luxury except for the price they charge. A shoutout to the housekeeping service for the decoration and regular room cleaning that made us feel comfortable. The bathroom is very small, the room has limited charging points and the tv can definitely be a smart one. The catering service at the pavillion is friendly and the food is good as well. The south indian food at the breakfast buffet is the best compared to any other cuisines.

The stay was overall comfortable. I had a challenge checking in. Waited for an hour for the receptionist to figure out what room to allocate. Hated the hot chocolate and pane-er wrap. Too much spices in both. The service was very prompt and the staff is very courteous. The vibe is brit in general and the greenery is to fall in love with.

Food was exceptional, breakfast area is a beautiful space.

The pleasure in staying heritage ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel windsor was more than expected. From the checkin till checkout i enjoyed every bit of it. It is truly a hall mark of itc luxury ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotels.

The stay at itc windsor was fantastic. The staff are very warm and hospitable and the food was amazing. They even sent a complimentary cake to my room because it was my birthday. If you are looking for an amazing experience, i would highly recommend this property.

British colonial architecture, great hospitality.
