ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel

I would like to first acknowledge the ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel reservations team's proactiveness in addressing a major hiccup regarding the room selection which occurred due to a gap between mm t and them when we booked our room for 4 people (3 adults + 1 child) assuming they are 2 interconnected rooms as mentioned in the booking detail, however it was just one room for 4 people which would have turned out really congestive. Fortunately they understood and within an hour made arrangements to upgrade us to a suite which could easily accommodate us all. Shout-out to your service! look forward to staying in more itc properties going forward. Apart from this food, ambience and service staff was really good and we could always see a smile in everyone's faces no matter what request or concern was put in front of them. Please keep it up.

I booked the stay on the occasion of my birthday and i must say it was a memorable experience. They had decorated the room at our arrival as a complimentary service since they were aware of the occasion. The food was a grade and the services were also good. Only thing, we booked for 3 adults so bed size was comparatively smaller and also bath-tub was listed in amenities while we booked which was missing since the washroom was also small. The evening snacks and drink included in the package was a great addition. Overall, a very positive experience and my family enjoyed the stay. Thanks to itc windsor and mmt for making this happen.

From the moment I entered, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an amazing lunch. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations that catered to my tastes. Her attention to detail was impeccable—she ensured my table was perfectly set, my preferences were noted, and any requests were promptly addressed with a smile.

The best part was ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel calling me one day to check if there is any occasion to celebrate and i told its my son's birthday who is turning 10 on checkin date. I was impressed with their preparation and they had decorated the room with balloons and cake. Son has excited and surprised to have that experience. Thank you to the entire staff and ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel for their customer first service. Wonderful stay and look forward to visit again.

Had an excellent stay at the itc windsor. The rooms were luxurious! the white ambiance gave a sense of calm. There were many seating areas spread throughout the property where you can relax, thanks to darshin for making our stay memorable as it was our special occasion of our son celebrating his birthday

It was a great experience and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. We celebrated our 6 month anniversary here and it was a lifetime memorable experience. The ITC Windsor - A Luxury Collection Hotel surprised us with a cake and few other eateries. Highly recommend this place.

Itc windsor is amazing property hospitality is fabulous. All the team they’re working tremendous. The design and the colonial theme of the building is just mind. Blowing food was good hospitality is good and short that property is one of my favorite and bangalore.
