ITL Residency

We were travelling from Cochin to Bangalore and decided to spend 1 night in Palakkad on the way. We booked this ITL Residency using makemytrip and I would say we got surprised after seeing room. Room was very big. It was very clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Liked the room very much. We asked for extra pillow and blanket and they happily provided it. Reception was also very cooperative and very professional. We only had tea and coffee and it was also very good. Full points to this ITL Residency for the money we paid. The have open parking but its in their premises. Guard is also there to safeguard the vehicles.

Room was okay and very good atmosphere. Hotel staff was very good. Good Services From staff. Amble parking Area. Very cheap and best Hotel in Palakkad. Deluxe AC Hotel room cost me only Rs 1063/-. One of the best offers ever from makemytrip. They allowed me early check in, that was the best part, very cooperative. The ITL Residency is at good location, the distance from Bus stand, Palakkad railway station, palghat bus stand to ITL Residency are 20- 10 min walkable. The restaurant is attached to it, food is good and not so expensive as other restaurants. Bathrooms doormat was so dirtier. It was overall good experience.

My Son and 3 of my Cousin Brothers Went for a Marriage in Palakkad. Unfortunately, they were so many guest and my Son and cousins were not able to find place to stay. I immediately started searching for the near by Hotels and reached out to ITL. The staff was so cooperative and helpful and made me fully convinced to take this Hotel. As I was in HYD, and these Hotel Staff have given me complete confidence. My Son and his cousins had a Great time at the Hotel and it is worth staying with ITL. Thanks to all the Staff at ITL. I just remember one name - Rakesh Das... Not sure if he is the one, But Thanks to Him!!

I need to give my below feedback for the room. Room is very good, but when spoke to reception on the last day for heater problem. Where we were in a rush to go to other location and started our day early at 5 AM in morning and decided to take Bath in morning with hot water. But hot water has not come and we in firmed to them that we have two kids and it's not possible for them to go with normal water in the morning. They simply replied it will work and has not taken any actions. Even they hadn't cleaned the room properly.

Palakkad town railway station within walking distance.. Calm place, good room with all basic facilities... Tv, AC, hot water, clean room, polite staff.. Good for family stays... Palani passenger train starts from Palakkad town station at 4. 30am... So staying here helped me in reaching the station without any trouble.. Please note that Palakkad has two railway stations... One station is at Olavakkode... Which is bit far from here... It will cost 80rs if you rent a rickshaw. So plan accordingly..

Room is well clean and facilities are good. 24x7 hot water supply. Well connected to Palakkad central town area. Easy access to Palakkad ksrtc bus station and railway station. Would recommend you to prefer this stay when you are on trip for 1 night stay. Good for people who are attending for any occasion around Palakkad city.

Very cheap and best Hotel in Palakkad. Deluxe AC Hotel room cost me only Rs 1105/-. One of the best offer ever from makemytrip. My check in time was 7. 00 pm and they offer me 24 hrs check out. An average cleanliness and fast check in, check out process. The cost at reception Rs. 1400 + Tax. Makemytrip price is much cheaper.

This ITL Residency has good parking space . . Location of the ITL Residency is good. When with my family and the lobby was filled with cigarette smell. So I wouldn't recommend this ITL Residency for family. Room was good. But pillow and bed sheets where not clean. Bathroom was good and spacious. Overall : Okay.

OK for budget stay and group stay.

5 stars for the location, near to everything in Palakad town.

Rooms are clean and tidy.. Bathrooms are maintained well.. Service is good.. Staff is helpful and educated.. Non veg restaurant is attached to ITL Residency taste is OK because it is Kerala style fir local people it is good food.

We were placed in a room which had scenic view of Palakkad town tail route from room. It's a nice ITL Residency to stay which is located near by Palakkad bus stand. Customer service was good. We have checked in earlier than the actual time where the staff people helped us without facing any inconveniences

This ITL Residency is located at main road it has very spacious room hot water facility is also available. Rooms are neat and service is good. Food facility is also available and food is good any one can stay here with family or couple. Overall ITL Residency was good and worthwhile for your money.

The ITL Residency is near to the bus stand and there are lot of restaurants nearby. It is in the main city center. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. It'd have been better if the restaurant was open when we checked into the ITL Residency. We stayed for two days and we found the stay good.

Room was very clean and very good atmosphere. Location was very good. I would like to staya nother day. Restaurant is very good and nice food. Hotel staff was very good. Totally nice experience in that ITL Residency
