I would have rated it 4 but few things are required to improve as soon as possible or maybe alternatives can be arranged atleast. Cons- we stayed there for three days and everyday at-least for half an hour almost there was a powercut sometimes during afternoon or sometimes at midnight. It was not possible to accept such things. Invert-er or generator should connect as soon as possible. A handwash was provided blue in colour. I don't think so it was dettol as it was nothing but a col-our mixed water neither it has foam nor it has any smell like dettol. Outside washroom there was a consent agreement pasted between the collaboration of dettol and treebo so i felt it was not even followed property. Door locking mechanism from inside is quite traditional and acceptable but the latch was literally too tight. Hangers were not provided which was not expected as there was enough storage capacity so hangers for clothes could be offered within this price range. Pros- breakfast was too good for sure. Good taste and served well on time. Ac, geyser and tv were working efficiently. Room is not that big but it was well planned and furnitures were placed perfectly. Safe and secured for unmarried couples as well if you'll are not desperate enough! checkin and checkout wont be an issue for unmarried couples or solo guest if you follow the the rules and conditions as mentioned before during booking the property(transparency is there in the agreement or conditions of the property) room service was really good enough and of-course they were respectful and punctual too. Most importantly washroom was clean and dustbin toiletries were provided too which was a nice gesture to promote hygiene. Manager was very friendly and helped as spreading the awareness about the location. You can avail uber for all purposes whether to pickup or drop in service or to pay a visit to nearby spots. Also Itsy Hotels Aasma Luxury Villa reception can provide you transport facility ( charges will be depending on the driver and location itself) so basically we ensured our stay and after including taxes and deduction of discounts the effect cost of 3days was @ of rs /per day which was quite affordable no doubt. But no matter price fluctuations can be upto as well but the above (cons) should not be entertained further. At this price range those cons shouldn't come forward as those were the basics of hospitality towards the clients and customers. Yes also make sure to have a room cleaning session once more during check in as it will be more hygienic, we did the same because we found it not so clean specially the bedsheet. Hoping for a speedy recovery and improvements and will surely pay a visit to this property once more just because of the behaviour and affordability (maybe next year. Maybe i could rate a 5 then. What can i say about this place? it's a hidden gem for anyone visiting a new city for the first time. The staff was helpful, lovely, and polite. The Itsy Hotels Aasma Luxury Villa accommodation was adequate in size, breakfast was good, and their restaurant would open on diwali. The bed was quite nice and squishy. The bedsheets and pillowcases were all nice and clean. They offered toiletries, as well as a kettle, tea bags, and coffee pouches for fast use. The service was prompt. This Itsy Hotels Aasma Luxury Villa is highly recommended for everyone visiting bhuvneshwar.

Location is not exactly exciting but good. Food quality is good as they bring from outside. Complimentary breakfast is limited in choice but satisfactory as a budget Itsy Hotels Aasma Luxury Villa. Room quality and hygiene is excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable. Ac needed 1. 5 ton minimum. 1 ton not sufficient for room

Hotel is located 7-8 from airport. Clean and good rooms with breakfast. Also good staff and excellent service they are providing. Attending our requests immediately. Good for persons who are looking budget stay in bhubaneshwar

the Itsy Hotels Aasma Luxury Villa's location is good, just a few meters from the jaydev vihar road. room was also very clean and sanitised. I felt the bathroom was a bit too small and the water pressure was not good.

Excellent Itsy Hotels Aasma Luxury Villa with well behaved staff and supportive. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned. But one thing is foods mentioned in menu are not completely available but overall it is excellent.

Room and toilet was clean. Ac, tv were working properly. Room was good. Location is okay ish. Restaurant isn't there so having food need to travel some distance. Parking was outside but safe.

Overall, stay was nice. Manager is very cooperative. Rooms are clean they don't have their own restaurants. So as they don't have their own cook, you have to adjust in tea or coffee

Very well behaving staff, they opened the gate for us 2 times at 1 am night and also food delivery was allowed.

Location is centre of city, nearby to railway station and airport and room is neat/clean. Hospitality of property manager is good.
