Hassle free stay at Itsy Hotel Aflah

The hotel is ablout 200 meters away from the main road. I booked an auto from Secunderabad station to reach the hotel. Using Google map I reached there at 12noon, 1 hour earlier than check in time . But they instantly handed over the key of the room without remanding any extra charge. The room and washroom was neat and clean. AC was good. Supply of hot and cold water was smooth. Only one problem was that the window glass was not closed tightly. So I heard sound from sirrounding as DJ was playing. Behaviour of staff member was good Experiensed a quality stay there with my family.

The receptionist was not aware of booking guidelines and argued that the kids between 12-17 years are considered as adults, he asked me to call Make My Trip and get this sorted, I replied this is your job to clarify with Make My Trip. Finally he agreed to give room keys but behaved very arrogantly

The property's location is in the interior street. It is difficult to know the location of the hotel, however it is peaceful and quiet. The free breakfast was ok. Amenities and services were also ok. the rooms were nice and clean and the staffs were very polite. breakfast was not upto the mark. main thing was the location. it is situated just half kms away from the railway station and also it is situated in the main market which made most of the tourist places in hyderabad within the range of 2-3 kms. overall it was a nice experience 👍
