Excellent stay at affordable prices , Neat and clean rooms with clean pillows and linens . I did early checking at a very nominal prices and experience at Front office was great , helper boys were quite friendly , the morning breakfast was good though the spread is limited . But very tasty homey good and that too included in your room price and this is. Steal deal . WiFi and Ac was great I did work from Itsy Hotels Avani Stays, Vyttila, Kochi for 3 days . The location of Itsy Hotels Avani Stays, Vyttila, Kochi is very near from the highway with extremely good connectivity to city side . Vyttila metro is near about a km and easy access through Uber .

I am 100% satisfied! The property is in a great location, and the rooms are comparable to those in star Itsy Hotels Avani Stays, Vyttila, Kochis—clean and well-maintained. While there is no lift, the caretaker is always available to help with baggage handling. The staff's behavior is fantastic, and that’s the main reason I wanted to write this review.

How i get this property for stay! my managing director told me i booked a deluxe room for you in vytila, cochin, and go-ogled about its y homes then i convinced myself ‘ya it’s good’ after i reached there im satisfied. Their helping mentality and hospitality was very nice i like it

Itsy Hotels Avani Stays, Vyttila, Kochi is clean and well maintained, staffs all friendly, toilet is clean, morning breakfast is okay, property is located in center of the city so i'm comfortable to reach all popular areas easily, caretakers are responding good 👍 😀 👌

Avani stays is a decent property. The rooms are clean and tidy. The property doesn't have a restaurant of its own however they arrange for breakfast in the morning. Overall it is decent place for one or two days halt with family or friends.

Amal at the reception was really helpful in identifying the required spots to procure what i needed. Even the house keeping people were kind and pleasant. Thank you.

Room cleaning &room service is good, but morning food curry menu need to be change. Otherwise everything is good

The stay was nice . The location was so peaceful. Had easy access to good restaurants as well. The only issue was mosquitos. Otherwise , it was a pleasant stay.
