Excellent Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ildiko, she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond to everybody! its a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again fir going just that little step extra for the guests!

Rooms were great. Washrooms clean. They had an arrangment with a restraurant on ground floor for breakfast. The quanlity was limited but there was variety. You could take extra food by paying extra and rates were reasonable. Only challenge i found was that there was luke warm water and not hot water what i was expecting. I stayed 4 nights and same. Rest all was good and for that price the value was great.

We were really pleased with our stay at as it is a very nice Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in centre as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at classio richmond for 3 days. Room was neat and clean. Luft facility is available. They provide complimentary breakfast. Staffs are good and polite. It is located on prime location of richmond road. There is a Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond below the stay named parijat which provides good food with quality and taste.

We had an absolutely amazing time at here.The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.

Decent room and bathroom also clean Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond staffs behaviour was also good. Even the bed size is classy

The room was clean, reception services were exceptional and the location was in heart of the city in a very nice area. It wasn’t bad at all for a three star property.

Room was good parking of vehicle was congested but there was a slot for my car. Room boys and front office people was very courteous and polite overall i had a good experience and pleasant stay

Staff were courteous and helpful. Nice vegetarian restaurant downstairs. Rooms are pricey for their quality, but location is an advantage. I do not have unfortunately.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond is centrally located. Room is clean. Rate is reasonable considering the location. Good value for money.
