The receptionist was extremely helpful. He gave suggestions for visiting various places in the nearby areas. The room was well maintained with good amenities provided. Although the TV needs updating as it is lagging so much.

Terrible Stay

Itsy Hotels was a terrible experience. I cannot believe I spent on this hotel. The rooms are worth only about at max. The washroom is so tiny that it cannot even accommodate the basin inside. There is no door handle on the washroom door. (Broken and missing). Rooms are not today enough with. Staff are least helpful and behave with a very hostile attitude. MMT - I am sorry but I feel. Horrible horrible experience to say the least. Never booking again.

location is near to the Medikeri fort.but the room and services are not worth. it's very old setup,not cleaned and basic amenities like power sockets evem was not working . it's not even worth of 10% what they charging.

I feel the hotel is not at all hygienic, in the bathroom there is some bad smell coming, even bedsheets are completely with strains, nothing is good at this hotel. this the worst hotel I ever experienced.

Location was fine, but room is old. Washroom is poor, ceilings of the washroom are broken and very small. Also the bedsheets was torn, towels provided were torn etc. but the property was clean.

Food quality is average and very limited quantity. The price is 100% high compared to cleanliness, comfort. Seems the hotel is very old, no lift, less privacy because the windows are not properly covered with glasses, curtains. Positive thing is People working there have good behaviour.

We enjoyed the stay, the hotel is near to Bus stand, Madikere fort and Raja seat. As mentioned they provided breakfast though it included different menu. And they provided facilities such as hot water, wifi, room services, more cupboards to keep our things, spacious and so on. We would recommend this hotel as they charge with reasonable price with the facilities.
