Location- it is very near 300m from ksrtc bus stand. Locality - marketplace, so food and other purchasing can be easily done. Rooms - clean and spacious. Amenities- lift is available, tv, wifi available. The kettle is not available so that we can have hot water to drink. Complementary breakfast- provided idli, vada and pulao ( optional, tea coffee can be added which was not there. Staff - good price - i believe it's on higher side considering they have shown picture of view from room which actually nothing it's just inside a road opposite to that one vacant land is there.

Everything about the Itsy Hotels Kattari Komforts, Chikmagalur was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The location of the property was in a prime location. The room was very good and well maintained. However some drawbacks were there. Ac remote was not given initially but was not working. The geyser was not giving hot water however mild hot water was coming. The door service was through the door knocking but calling bells were not working. The complimentary breakfast was kf average quality. Could have been better.

Actually, rooms are clean , neat, and spacious, but expect receptionist lady staff are not there that are quite uncomfortable for families. morning breakfast is completely disagree , may be they brought from fast food. it was not good at all. when room booked, showing like complimentary 2hr extra checkout, but they told us to checkout on time, even though no one has booked the room.

This property was beyond our expectations the rooms were very clean and well maintained bed and washroom with the most beautiful view of mountains and nature from bedroom. This property is located at a very prime located with lots of good restaurants around the property and very near to city ksrtc bus stop.

Good staffs, good service and well maintained. They have given 4hrs extra checkout timings tos us. I am very happy for that. rooms are very spacious...

The place was good and i personally felt they maintained the premises tidy. Moreover, the Itsy Hotels Kattari Komforts, Chikmagalur is located in main city centre which really is advantageous when it comes to variety of food options and what not. The staff was quick to respond.

This Itsy Hotels Kattari Komforts, Chikmagalur is located at center of the city and near the KSRTC bus stand and Rooms were well maintained and staff were very responsive.

The rooms provided was excellent all the staff were very corporate rooms and bathrooms very clean n tidy minor issue was that parking space is little congested and if u get your 5+ seater car it takes time to park it properly. No pics
