I guess the check in is too late it's showing as 1 pm which is not practical and they are not interested in giving early check in and just make you wait there . That's something should be looked into . Feasibility in changing the check in times should be available

Location is good. They don't have inhouse kitchen but they manage providing food from outside hotels, within reasonable time. Hot water is not available though they claim it is available. Water bottles provided by the hotel are not branded but they charge the same rate as branded water bottles. Dental and shaving kit is not provided by the hotel. There is no option to regulate the aircon's temperature.One can only ON/OFF it.
