Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The Itsy Hotels Ransu Residency is well situated, being close to shopping, transport. We would definitely stay there again.

it was great... the staff was friendly.. breakfast was also good... check in was hassle-free.. I stayed here for three days .. but the room's bedsheets and blankets were not clean... there were stains.. fortunately I carried my own bedsheets.

Overall good experience. Rooms are good and good in size. Rooms and toilet are clean. Complain for mosquitos. After having ac room and mosquito killing vaporizer still so many mosquitos around. Foods were good. Outside lanes were narrow
