Itsy Hotels Riyas Grand

The stay was comfortable, but the contact details was terrible, when trying to reach out to them it's getting connected to a ivr which is horrible no clear voice and very complex questions, it was an emergency as was stranded up alone in the night and couldn't even get to know the place. Even the locals couldn't find out that place. That ivr is horrible and made a huge problem, somehow i called the makemytrip customer service and got the number of the Itsy Hotels Riyas Grand manager who was not a robotic voice, called him and finally explained my cab driver the route to reach the place, very very bad experience on that ivr, please directly connect to a person. Finally the place was clean good and very good service was done by the person who was there. Very clean silent and nice place to stay would go to the same place next time.

Itsy Hotels Riyas Grand staff was polite and helpful. i have already checked out, stay was good. property booking is very costly, non view room. not happy with this booking, but now i hv no option. for darshan Itsy Hotels Riyas Grand ooty. atleast for this price room with view must have been given 🙏

I initially booked the deluxe room for 2 nights 3 days, then i had to book another day extended. I just love how awesome is the view of this Itsy Hotels Riyas Grand to the tirumala mountains. Although located in alipiri road, this had made my trip!

Location of this place is good. They have secure monitoring for the parked vehicles. Breakfast provided was really good. Reception response is quite fast. Only thing i will say room could have been little bigger or price little lesser.

The rooms are very good and well maintained. Cleanliness of beds and toilet and surroundings are very very good. Staff were courteous and very supportive. Overall excellent and comfortable stay experience.

A good place to stay considering the cost cleanliness and courteous staf. Location is ideal as the bus station is at walkable distance.
