Clean and comfy hotel in city centre We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.

Worst is the less mean-full word to describe my experience

We have to cancel the booking as hotel condition is worst and pathetic. Water dripping from ceiling in reception and rooms also from ceiling light in bathroom water dripping. It seems hotel is mostly 1 hr or 3 hr stay but neigther for executive not for family stay hotel is not 1% suitable.
